- गर्भावस्था को लेकर बहुत सारे सवाल महिलाओं के पास रहते है। गर्भावस्था में अपने और बच्चे का ख्याल कैसे रखे, जो भी शारीरिक बदलाव होने वाले है उसके बारे में कैसे जानकारी ले, गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैसे सावधान रहना चाहिए और होने वाले जो पिता है उन्हें भी क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए इस प्रकार की सारी जानकारी देने की कोशिश डॉ। सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में करती है ।
३९ वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है । ३९ वे हफ्ते में गर्भवती माताओं को अपना ख्याल रखना है । गर्भवती ने ज्यादा से ज्यादा स्ट्रेस फ्री और रिलैक्स रहना है क्युकी उसका प्रभाव अपने होने वाले शिशु पे पड़ता है ।अभी आपको असली लेबर पैन शुरू होने वाले है तो आप तैयार रहिये ।लेबर पैन स्टार्ट होने के बाद ८ से १० घंटे में डिलीवरी होती है । आपको १० महत्वपूर्ण टिप्स इस वीडियो में देने की कोशिश की है तोह आप वो जरूर फॉलो कीजिये ।

Starting se follow kar rhi mam apko 39 week start ho gaya mera kal se ... Ab labour pain ka wait kar rhi hmesa 10 jan edd thi last ultrasound m 4 janu ho gyi hai aaj se muje hip area m pain start ho rha hai
