- 40 वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है | इस हफ्ते तक आते आते हमारा इंतज़ार बढ़ता जाता है | इस हफ्ते तक बहुत महिलाओ की delivery हो गयी होती है और कुछ लोगो की अभी भी बाकी है | लेकिन इस हफ्ते तक delivery न हुई हो तो डरने की बात नहीं है, आने वाले एक दो हफ्तों में delivery हो ही जाती है |
आज इस वीडियो में डॉ Supriya Puranik, pregnancy के इस important 40th week की बात करती है | डॉ इस video में बताती है की गर्भावस्था में अपने और बच्चे का ख्याल कैसे रखे, जो भी शारीरिक बदलाव होने वाले है उसके बारे में कैसे जानकारी ले, गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैसे सावधान रहना चाहिए और होने वाले जो पिता है उन्हें भी क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए इस प्रकार की सारी जानकारी देने की कोशिश करती है |
सबसे पहले डॉ बताती है की इस हफ्ते में नकली labor pain बार बार होते है, निचले हिस्से में दर्द होता है, पेरो में अकड़न होती है, baby के movements धीरे हो जाते है आदि | इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की गर्भाशय का मुख पूरा खुलने के बाद baby का सर दिखने लगता है जिसे crowning of head कहते है |
डॉ बताती है की जब baby का सर गर्भाशय के मुख से दिखने लगता है तब नीचे burning sensation feel होता है, जिसमे महिलाओ को push करने की urge लगती है लेकिन ऐसे में push नहीं करना चाहिए | डॉ बताती है की जब महिलाओं को ज़ोर से push करने की urge हो तो उसे रोकना चाहिए, जिसके लिए लम्बी सांस लेनी है, butts और legs relax रखने है |
इसके बाद डॉ बच्चे में आने वाले बदलावों के बारे में बताती है | इसके बाद डॉ Fetal skull के बारे में बताती है जो की delivery के समय कैसे baby का सर आसानी से बहार आता है वो बताती है |
इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की इस हफ्ते baby के health पर ध्यान देना पड़ता है, NST करना होता है, biophysical profile करना होता है, आदि | इसके बाद डॉ बताती है की बच्चे को कैसे कपडे में लपेटना चाहिए, लपेटने के क्या फायदा है आदि |
