Non-Mainstream Taichung: Art Museum, Tea Tasting, Taiwanese Food Course Meal | Taiwan Vlog 2023

We spent 3 days 2 nights in Taichung during our recent Taiwan trip in August. It's meant to be a chill trip in Taichung, and we didn't want to do touristy things in the city (as we have been in Taichung several times before). We stayed in our favorite hotel Green Hotel in Taichung, explored izakaya place near the area, enjoyed coffee and bubble tea since Taiwan generally is a land of good coffee and bubble tea, enjoyed traditional local food in a nice restaurant, and treated ourselves to delicious Taiwanese hotpot and Japanese yakiniku. Japanese food is very popular in Taichung (and Taiwan in general), and you have lots of great options in the city (at a fraction of the Singapore price). Our next stop is Taipei!
