I only follow my endocrinologist and i have trainer and nutritionist so alam q paano gagawin,.kinkain q gusto q kainin and then exercise pero di katulad nto nangangapa pa hahahahaha i will not follow this and i exercise for 2 hrs a day and my sugar is kontrolado na range 114,111,107,104,97,90,85 bmba aq ng 72 pero saglit lng kc napasarap aq ng exercise hahahaha
