    😢Thank you Doc Jun. I am 87 yrs. old from Camarines Sur, Philippines. I am joining your daily e xer cise for seniors every morning, and it does good to me. I can do it seeing you in youtube, and following you. I felt good in doing such exercises, so again thanks a lot.

    Whoa...kakapagod doc.. I'm sweating 😅😅😅...ito na gagawin ko araw² doc...2 a day ako usually nag i exercise doc..sinusunod kita hehehe...d naman masyado high ang blood sugar ko Nong na checked ako pero para ma iwasan ang pag taas ito ginawa ko..na nunuod ako dito kapag nag exercise ako.. take care always doc...

    Dr. JUN REYES ang tano g ko di tungkol sa exercise puzzle lang po ako kc yong order kong Facial Serum sabi nyo po pinadala nyo galing California dumating Nov.4 so I ordered Nov .5 at dumating naman Nov.9 ky lang bakit made in the Philippines Bayombong Caloocan City. Is it fake serum but it is under your name

    Subscribers po ako dr reyes,ask ko lng ano po bang dapat excercise sa nagkaroon ng velpalsy sa mukha.matagal na kc yong velpalsy ko dpa bumabalik yong mukha ko.my kunti pang ngiwi po at almost 4yrs na.thank u doctor sa sagot.

    gud am po di po ba doc. masama n a nag start po ako nh follow sa exercise nyo ng tuloy tuloy mula sa bed exercise tpos daily exercise? ako po 73 yrs old na , at naguumpisa magkaroon ng sculiosis. tpos gusto ko po gumaling baywang ko dhil bumagsak po ako. maraming salamat po sa mga exercises nyo. 4am po gising na ako, at hanap ko n sa u tube kau. thank you doc.

    Doc im from the philippines tungkol sa reccomend mo na ankle weights sabi mo 6 to 10 lbs ang weight na kailangan ang tanong ko doc 10 lbs ba bawat isa pls reply bec i have a severe ostreoatritis

    I only follow my endocrinologist and i have trainer and nutritionist so alam q paano gagawin,.kinkain q gusto q kainin and then exercise pero di katulad nto nangangapa pa hahahahaha i will not follow this and i exercise for 2 hrs a day and my sugar is kontrolado na range 114,111,107,104,97,90,85 bmba aq ng 72 pero saglit lng kc napasarap aq ng exercise hahahaha
