When I buy a pineapple, i store it upside down in my house for 2 days. It goes from the green color to yellow. I learned it in Costa Rica.

So I found the trick with any garden or plant in general, water them for 2 mins generously before the sun is fully up.
Also, plants do better with morning sun than evening sun. Any time after 4pm they should be shaded.
All gardens and plants do best on this schedule because they learn when to except their water.

Tajin is seriously so good. Especially with quesadillas and any burritos 🌯 you make. We get the low sodium and it’s the best. Sometimes we sprinkle it over the dip we are using as well.

I had the best outcome with hers when I started with seed sown directly in the ground. Cheaper than plants. I believe in buying very good seed - I order from Parks or Burpee.

Those once upon a farm pouches were so great when my kids were little. I really loved their ingredients! And how they needed to be kept refrigerated! I felt better purchasing those! Than the shelf stable ones!

When I still had kids living at home, I only bought pop tarts, sugary cereal, and Oreo cookies on vacations, spring break, and winter break. My kids still got to eat crap, but it wasn't all the time. 😁. Buy the nutella for 'special occasions'. You are a great mom and are doing a fantastic job. I will be 60 this year and wish I had you to watch when I was in the season of mothering young chikdren. 💗
I found it satisfying just watching you cut up melons, I am highly allergic to bananas and melons. I used to eat them as a kid but I would always get an itchy throat and mouth and once I turned to my early 20s my throat swelled up on me and figure it out alas I am allergic. I love them so much though I miss them every day. I miss bananas so much that I will buy every banana nut candle I possibly can get. I was surprised that the allergist said that bananas and melons are in the same family and that’s why I am allergic to them all but it started with bananas for me.
LARA bars make a banana flavor. It’s so delicious 😼

Hey Kim, cetera's trees are much easier to grow than your herbs and spices period So but you have to have more than 1 because they cross pollinate. Been in Florida stickum in the groundwater and once in awhile and you're good to go

A great way to use a head of romaine lettuce is to grill it. Cut it in half longways and add olive oil and Salt and pepper and throw it on the grill for a couple minutes, total game changer. Been doing this for years. Bobby Flay did it years ago on his channel. Omg you’ll love it. Dorene Weiss

Some things are difficult.
Try oregano and green onions, maybe. ❤️
What you need to do is google your zip code and garden zone. Then, google your zone with a calendar. It will tell you when to plant things. You are planting things in the summer that cannot handle the heat where you live. Cilantro is a cool weather plant and you need a slow bolting variety in your area... but not in the summer... in the winter!! I cannot grow cilantro in summer in my area either and I am in Ohio. It is too warm in the summer for it. It is a March-May temp thing for me and a winter thing for you! You can do zucchini, lemons, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers in the summer in your area.
I hope someone found the parking lot rotisserie chicken with the same excitement as you had when you found the nice tote bag in the trash can.

You should try growing herbs from seed. They shoot up pretty quickly and I usually have at least several plants do pretty well. Just plant a bunch and you'll have plenty of herbs even if they die before long. 😂 and the seeds are cheap to buy.

Kim..I found this goat milk soap that is the best thing I’ve found to use on my face..I also use philosophy face cleanser,but I had bought this goat milk from a fellow utuber .I bought it for my grandson that has break outs(tweens) and trying to stay away from silicones,parabens ect and ge the kids to also..anyway, she is @SIMPLY MAKING IT..(her story is amazing)She makes her stuff in small batches.and is a goat farm..I bought the goat milk baby soap for our faces..I bought the un scented goat milk body lotion..omg,it’s amazing..and I bought some diff soaps for hubby and for his beard..I gave it for cmas to people this year and they all want more now..Your skin improves the more u use it.lthe baby soap makes your skin so clean and then so soft..then I just use my moisturizer as usual..

I like herbs in pots in Alaska. They live much longer than in the ground for me.
Purlisse is a natural makeup brand where their products are mixed with skincare. They are actually one of if not my favorite makeup/skincare brand. You should try more of their stuff I haven’t found one thing they make that I haven’t liked.
I seen from another UA-camr Cooking at Pams place she puts the flour in the oven not quite sure for how long to use it for raw recipes or no bake recipes.
