What would be the best starting leagues for a rookie to reach out to with an approach like this? I am in my senior season at my ncaa3 and I am hoping to start my process to professional as soon as i can.
Fascinating indeed! As someone who has only watched the NBA I’d love to learn more about the local legends in other countries who are hyper talented but no one recognizes!
Sorry about that. I work at an agency looking for players

@@danielkwach3458 If I had an agency I’d basically go after players who were dual citizenships (two passports) and who weren’t as highly recruited (non NCAA D1 players) if I didn’t have many connections to start with.
@@danielkwach3458where were you 5 years ago when my son started his career overseas? 😆 Man I could write a book on a step by step guide because I went through the journey with him and we are in year 5. It gets easier but it’s not as easy as these kids think it is. He is actually self made and did it all on his own with no agent at the beginning. But if you want it, have the drive, determination and work hard players can make it. There are plenty of players that would love to be in his shoes and pick our brain. Wish you all the best!
So if I tried approaching leagues like this, does this mean I do not need an agent?

@@owenliss2785 A good agent will always be better than no agent. But with that being said, you can approach some leagues without an agent like this one. Players can do a lot more than they think in terms of connecting with teams.
6 minutes in and this is already a banger 🔥🔥
@@LeoRicardi appreciate that brother!
Who are you currently playing for José? Loving the content!
@@ordiinarii6154 nowhere currently! Just loving to help educate players around the world at this stage in my career.
you can do a video on why oversea contracts are so short like 1 year. i see players hop around different teams after each year.
Great idea - and that's a definitely a big distinguishing factor between the NBA and Overseas Ball.

Hey Jose, I was wondering if you have any insights on where I could get players looking for an agent firm to represent them?
@@danielkwach3458 just to clarify - you are an agent looking for players? Or you’re a player looking for an agency?
I didn’t understand.
