    ➡️ Joint Pain
    If you've been feeling pain in your bones and joints, you are definitely not alone. Millions of people around the world are experiencing joint pain and inflammation daily in various parts of the body. If you've already seen a doctor then they've probably already given you a prescription for medication to alleviate the pain. Maybe you're searching for natural remedies to relieve these unwanted symptoms that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
    ➡️ Epsom Salt
    Epsom salt, otherwise known as magnesium sulfate, has been used for centuries to treat muscle pain, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. With magnesium at its core, Epsom salt naturally relaxes our muscles. Since 50% of the United States population is magnesium deficient, soaking in an Epsom salt bath has the potential to normalize magnesium levels and treat a wide range of ailments including joint pain.
    ➡️ How to Make?
    To make this type of bath, all you have to do is dissolve 1-2 cups of Epsom salt in warm water and soak in it for as long as desired. Research is limited in this area, therefore, some scientists say that these claims should be "taken with a grain of salt."

    You can use the bath water later to improve your garden - soils are also deficient in Magnesium.

    First you said that people have been using it for years and having good results. So, why would you say that there's only been a smattering of research done about magnesium sulfate?

    • @blu2th101
      @blu2th101 5 місяців тому +5

      Because people using it and considering themselves to have great results is not research. It’s true that not much research has been done. Both statements are 100% true.

    My lower back got creamed working a cut down tree a few days back
    I had a supernatural healing of 2 herniated discs in 2005
    And no pain since
    But now i feel very similar symptoms if I look down my lower back has some pain and along with other obvious when I get up from sitting it’s like I have to literally crouch my back can’t go straight up
    It might be a inflamed disc or slipped but my friend is like take an Epsom bath not saying it is going to fix it but it might help
    Anyone vouch for this idea?

      Get an affordable infrared red light and use it everyday at least 5 mins on troubled areas, aka the rest of your life. It works so much better than Epsom salt. It healed my bicep tears over a month. It is less effective with joints but worth it, I used it on my knee but have noticed significant improvement like full range of motion and no pain. I have a bulged disc but I've very careful its rarely an issue.

      I have disc herniations and spinal stenosis Epsom salt baths are quite helpful but I would take an NSAID first if you can't take an NSAID try some good stretching or some Tylenol and dissolve two and a half to three cups even though the bag test says one soak for 30 minutes get up slowly and then the rest for about an hour if it's night time go ahead and go to sleep when you wake up your lower back will be less tight however this does not fix nerve pain you will have to see a doctor for that
