Started watching and then stopped and went and organized and decluttered some things out of my kitchen. My hotpads and towels now have a home. Very happy about that.

@lovinglifeasmegan completely understand your dilemma with limited storage, though I think your kitchen has less than mine. We just finished renovation on our kitchen and definitely have better function than before.
I recently found two bins for drawer organizer on two drawers that gave me anxiety lol, and omg I love the satisfaction it gives me to see I these two drawers now they are two been waiting to find organizer to fit the space. We been raising our now 7 year old grandson and I write notes in his lunch this year and draw faces on snacks I. Bag and 1dt day he was soo happy and hugged and thanked me . Halfway through my kitchen! Much inspiration! I have a coffee mug obsession! I think a tote is in order! Seasonal mugs! I'm a widow with no kids, so I only have 3 plates, one set of silverware, one frying pan, one pot, one airfryer, and a toaster oven, (my oven crapped out and I can't afford a new one). I definitely agree with you when it comes to the decluttering and organizing. A few weekends ago, I actually decluttered and organized my entire bedroom because it was needed because I had stuff from like 4 years ago. ❤❤❤

I love watching your videos as I get my own tasks checked off. I can't stop myself from making a little safety suggestion though. I would turn all of the knives so that the handles are either at the bottom or the top- not half up and half down. It might seem right because they fit better, but I am worried you'll get knicked when grabbing a knife!
We haven’t had any issues so far & we’ve had them fitting like that for about a year now.

I store sauce packets in the frig in a baggie
We store chick fil a sauces in the fridge lol
Kitchen looks awesome, great job, I also keep little packets of sauces, ketchup, mustard, etc. great for camping..😊

We totally save sauce packets. We have an old bowl with a lid that sits on our fridge. Have to declutter it every few months.

My family and I have overloaded on cups and mugs and tumblers too it’s insane the amount we have but some in the household won’t part with it. I guess we just use what we can lol. But I like you’re mindset on things on how you do what’s functional for your family it also really goes a long way too 💜😊

Mais je voudrais te dire une chose qui est très importante pour moi. Je regarde beaucoup de "housekeeper" et tu es la seule qui fait attention à la consommation d'eau. La plupart laisse couler l'eau du robinet et ça m'énerve car l'eau est quand même précieuse et toi tu éteints le robinet entre chaque lavage et je voulais te remercier pour ça. Tu montres un très bon exemple pas seulement a tes viewers mais également à tes enfants et ça c'est important. Megan tu es une femme responsable 🫶🥰😄🤗

I really need to do this with the cabinets that are in my dining room. I just put stuff in them to get it out of the boxes when we moved. I’m sure a lot of it is stuff I don’t really need. My kitchen cabinets are just plates and cups. But I have six cabinets in my dining room. Those are the messy ones. I bought myself a bread maker and had to clean out one cabinet in my peninsula to put it in. I moved my popcorn popper and my can opener. And I’m not sure where I even put them. I finally bought myself a Stanley cup. I haven’t used it yet. I have a Yeti cup and a cheap cup I bought on Amazon Prime day. I probably didn’t need the Stanley cup. But it was a cute one, so I bought it. And it’s on my counter because I’m not sure where it will fit. I don’t have a big kitchen so I need to find it a home. I only have three drawers in my kitchen. And they are so small. I wish I had more space. I have two air fryers and a crockpot in the bottom of my pantry. They could use a new home too. And I keep my kitchen towels and dish rags in my pantry too. I’m not very organized. But with a small space and I have a lot of things from my old kitchen, it was hard. I no longer have a junk drawer. I have a junk basket. And another basket just for batteries. I really want to find another place for all of that too. I have sauce packets in my refrigerator. My husband always wants to save the taco sauce we get. But I already have quite a few packets in the refrigerator. I just have way too much in this small house. I’m going to get a tote and get rid of things. I have two hand mixers. The new one, I bought about three years ago, is cordless and I love it. So I don’t need the other one or the beaters. They can go. I’m sure I will find a lot more.
Decluttering & reorganizing the kitchen is always one of my favorite chores! It feels so good to get it done!
So I have the Caraway pan set and I honestly hate them. I think the company has a really great marketing team, but the non-stick surface wore away pretty quickly (even with following all the instructions around care and how to clean them) and now everything sticks to them, even when I use different temperatures/oils/butters. I also reached out to them early on because one of the pans arrived chipped and they were impossible to get a response from. I feel so frustrated with myself for falling for advertising and spending so much on pans that have honestly been horrible to cook with. Just a non influencer review to take into consideration before investing in this product!
I am so sorry that you had that experience. Mine has been exactly opposite.
I have both been gifted products through their influencer program & purchased products with my own money and have never had a poor experience.
My husband did damage one pan by using aerosol cooking spray. Cooking sprays will wear away the non-stick coating. We were able to get the pan replaced by reaching out to consumer customer service. They had us send pictures of the damage, counseled us on the mistake & sent out a replacement. We’ve had no other issues.
I would encourage you to reach out to them again, maybe even try on their social channels.

Hi Megan, it all looks very nice! So you can find things easier! I was just wondering why you didn't vacuum & or wash all cupboards? I know you've done it before. Maybe you didn't film it! That's sweet. You put notes in your girls' lunch boxes! My kids mostly had hot meals. It was easier. I worked swingshift, so they fed themselves breakfast in the morning & had a hot meal for lunch, then some snacks after school. My girls, 1 cleaned & the other 1 liked to cook. The boys did too! My oldest likes to cook & clean too. Of course, they were a little older than your girls. My oldest boy & girl could vacuum & mop, & wash & dry their clothes. The oldest was around 12yrs & youngest 6yrs. Boys! The girls were in the middle at 11yrs & 8yrs. They learned some things from their older siblings. That was great! They would even cook a few meals for the family & I would have a nice meal when I got home from work! Ok, it's so nice to have all organized kitchen cupboards! Your girls are growing up fast! We never save or use any sauces that are in plastic, just glass. So many studies show how humans consume so much plastic from food containers …

@@lovinglifeasmeganI SAVE OUR GLASS JARS FROM TOMATO SAUCE ETC…. Wash them out, let them dry and you can reuse them for so many things. So no extra expense !!! 😅and I’m sure available in your area. We even reuse our empty mayonnaise container
