My kid watched this for a schoolwork video for south korea. after she watched this, she said "mom, the korean schools look so fun. i hope the teacher can find another job at a school that she loves so much." And thats when my heart broke. she was so sweet!
When I taught in Korea my elementary school had 1,200 students! I only taught grades 3-5 because I couldn't fit the 6th graders into my schedule. I also had to wear slippers inside. A Korean custom 😀
Looks like you really enjoy your job. It's nice to see some people who actually have a passion for their teaching jobs and not just exploiting the teaching. How long will you continue to teach in Korea?

In Vancouver, BC the kids don’t change shoes unless they wear rain boots and my daughter change into her indoor shoes. They have no cubbies for shoes so all the kids just leave it on the floor under their hanger and it’s really messy during the busy times of the school. My city doesn’t have cafeteria in Elementary schools, so the kids eat in the class with a lunch from home. The cities with high poverty include free lunch and breakfast programs, but my city is a middle class district so Hot lunch is a one time a week fundraiser and must be ordered online.
Well,my school can't wear any clothes accept school uniform!!!!but if the teacher told to wear other clothe..so we would wear it..but we usually wear school uniform!!and my school don't have locker and we can't bring handphone but sometimes we cannnnn!just SOMETIMES..but they can wear anything...i want to wear anything toooooo!! p.s i'm from malaysia p.s.s but my school has many student p.s.s.s i want my school to let we wear anthing p.s.s.s.s sorry for my bad english:p

In comparison to yours, yes. I have about 35 students per class, and I teach about 18 classes a week, not including after school classes.
