I started eating healthy on my own recently and I am surprised how close I am to meeting everything on the list. I have some spinach in 1 egg white/1 full egg scrambled, sausage, Idaho baked potatoe, raw honey, natural peanut butter, skyr, chia seeds, glass of Oj(full pulp of course), glass of milk, glass of lemon squeezed in water, chia seeds, mango, blueberries, strawberry’s, banana, raspberry’s, and blackberries. Then a green matcha tea on the way to work. Need to add avacado and hopefully salmon although not a fish guy. Keep up the food work everyone!
R u crazy ? fasting for 72 hrs is insane , don't listen even if it's from doctor. At most u may fast less than 24 hrs once a month.. Then next day go vegetarian diet. Try 4 day veg n 3days nonveg. u ll be more healthy. since childhood I have done this n m rarely sick or trouble weight .

1. Oatmeal w/ half banana, handful of blueberries, & splash of plant milk or 2. One hardboiled egg w/ 1 slice oat grain toast with almond butter & cinnamon sprinkled on. With a daily 1/2 citrus & 1 cup decaf coffee. I may opt for Greek yogurt w/ toast instead of egg w/ toast.
I eat organic Old Fashioned whole grain oats, with almond milk, then a multivitamin oil fish, sometimes i add strawberries, oat is one of my favor breadfast, and pure raw honey unfiltered
I start my day with a boiled egg followed by a bowl of oatmeal cooked (or refrigerated overnight) with chia seed, flaxseed, sliced almond, walnut chunks and mixed with yogurt and blue berry. Of course wash all these down with coffee. I replaced my after lunch coffee with black and green tea. Now I know (I guess) why it was hard for me to gain weight.
My favourite breakfast that I recommend is oatmeal cooked together with chia seeds, an egg, whisked into the oatmeal, a bit of peanut butter, coconut oil, sliced bananas and some dark chocolate to melt into it. Very healthy, filling and delicious. One serving gives you protein, fiber, healthy fats, omega-3, vitamin b12 and antioxidants and more.

I eat pineapple and 🍉 and blueberries 1cup and coffee fresh ground beans and either 2 whole grain brown rice blueberry pancakes or an egg on brown rice bread toasted or 1 serving of corn grits and 1 slice of whole grain toasted brown rice bread with peanut butter and the above mentioned fruit with each option.
I like to make overnight oats for breakfast and like to put peanut or almond butter in them along with chia and or flax seeds. I prefer yogurt as a snack because it’s not as filling for me. Chia pudding is also a good breakfast option. I also love some avocado toast. I should eat more spinach though. Although I go through more than my fair share of berries in a week.

I am trying to loose weight and get on a healthier diet and this helped me so much. I used to not make a list to go to the store and I would always get junk food and food that was not healthy for my body.
The black tea one I do believe. I have a recipe that I enjoy using that includes black, mint tea, cranberry juice and a few other ingredients that help relieve cravings. Some of these foods I already have but I am glad that salmon was included in this, because I see nothing wrong with having soup or fish in the mornings, and most people think of me as strange for eating odd things for breakfast. The last 3 mornings I have been making myself a kale stir fry in the morning with tomatoes, spices, zucchini and mushrooms and it is so filling and wakes me up and has me feeling good. I sometimes will add sliced hard boiled egg to it and yes it keeps me full for a long time, if it doesn't than a teaspoon of nut butter or a handful of nuts between meals helps. ^_^

My FAVE breakfasts! 1. Avocado toast with a fried egg. And ALWAYS on a thick slice of bread or a bagel, because avocado toast on a thin slice of bread is just not the way. I usually butter the toast and add smashed avocado, and then a fried egg on top. I’ll also add a bit of salt and pepper. It’s so good! 2. Smoothie bowls. Especially in the summer, I literally love smoothie bowls. I like that they are thicker than normal smoothies as they make me feel more full. It’s basically just fruit and milk (I’ll often add some honey as well) so it’s healthy and delicious. Top it with some sliced fruit and granola ans I’m good to go!

in Asia we usually have savoury breakfast, sweet breakfast isn’t a thing at all

My breakfast is always eggs. Either boiled eggs or a broccoli omelet . I also will have avocado and either blackberries, blueberries or raspberries or sometimes a banana and to wash all down, always cups of water.

How I prepare my Eggs depends on what I am craving for that day. Sometimes I like them scrambled, and sometimes I like them fried, or hard-boiled. It just depends.

Skipping Breakfast or Having Useless Breakfast will surely kill your body over time. Having Light Food at night and good protein diet in the Morning and Afternoon always help.
Disagree with the skipping bit. I started doing Intermittent Fasting a few years ago and feel far better than when I use to eat a (healthy) breakfast
I’ve been doing a chia seed pudding with unsweetened coconut milk and berries & shredded coconut. With a 1/2 grapefruit on the side. So so good

Perfect breakfast I've been having practically every day for decades: 1 softboiled egg with a sprinkling of salt and pepper, 1 whole grain toast with butter, half a grapefruit (one orange if grapefruit isn't available), and a longo cup of espresso (substitute black coffee if you want more liquid) chased with 12 ounces of room temperature water.
Love the fact that you said whole grain and not whole wheat.
