That's from the aftermarket exhaust. Having less restriction on sound also allows more turbo noise to come through.

No cats and that's it, the catback will add sound and note but not turbo whistle, not much, better said.

I've never seen it in person, but on UA-cam GT2RS sounds terrible, even with aftermarket exhaust. naturally aspirated engines like GT3RS or Speedster or even GT4 sound beautiful.
