They're my favourite banknote! Released in October or January I think, but I had trouble getting hold of one until January.

Hey!I'm from Hungary!I was so happy and proud when you show the our forint banknotes!Although I recently got an UV light just to detect layers on other currencies but also tried out on my hungarian forint banknote second since i saw it was very recommended and it was mindblowing and my favourite is the 500 HUF banknote with the old Rákoczi song's original lyrics written on banknote and a yellow trumpet sorrounded by green wreath,it was amazing!I recommend you the 20,000 HUF banknote too!Although they are hyperinflated and getting worthless time to time they are still such an ultra rare art pieces to see!

Nice that you included the New designs for the Norwegian krone. The old ones are more easily replicated and we've been trying to get rid of the old ones and replace them with the new ones. You can still find the old ones, but slowly but surely stores are starting to decline those.

Im Swiss but I always had a soft spot for the Hungarian forint. Especially when I was little we always went to the balaton and places like siofok and szombathely, I always adored the Hungarian currency and was super proud when I found a 500 forint bill on the ground. After many years of collecting (ancient coins, gold, silver, etc) this is still my most precious piece of my collection. Reminds me just of more simple and sunny times down in Hungary. ❤ 🇭🇺

One of the security features on Canadian bills is actually the small Maple leaf. If a laser is placed within it, a projection of the denomination will occur on a flat surface. I agree that it does nothing under black light.

UV security inks are a lower tech solution and regions not using it are likely intentionally avoiding it.
It is extremely easy to obtain high grade UV security inks, (not the kinds in the children's markers) thus making it a waste of money to plan for and incorporate a "security" feature that barely provides a hurdle for counterfeiters.
The newer Canadian note's features for example are MUCH harder to duplicate. The holograms printed on the clear polymer window and the laser diffraction grating alone are HUGE hurdles compared to simply printing a UV ink on cotton paper.
