Keep at it, that's so cool. I'm glad you have a use for Boris 🤣. Where I work I have to lift bags of seasoning over my head to toss on stands and what not and they weigh over 22Kg, I went to the gym for a few weeks to try and make it easier and I was surprised by the gains. Keep at it is all I can say. It may seem like you don't make much progress, but you are always improving.

But I saw this whole video and honestly its a good motivation to workout. Your a rookie yes, but if you have passion about something and have fun with it you should take it a bit further. That's what so beautiful about CrossFit, it's for everyone 😊 there's a man in his late 60s doing handstand walks at my box, and I could only dream about doing that 😂 but I will get there eventually! Everyone starts at their level, it looks intimidating at first, but as soon as you get into a local CF box with good coaches you'll quickly notice that it's all just good vibes, fun and everyone is included, its literally a playground for adults! if you try it out, please let me know how it goes! 😄

Yah coulda warmed Boris up for that lift or jus warned him 😏he coulda done his shoulder:bloody men tryna out do a Shield Maiden😁 If you are less than 6 months In worth of that type of technique with such a difficult type of lift with a 75kg+ overhead squat coach or no coach?… then you are going to be a monster in less than two years : over the knees toes guy” Look at his mobility with weights vids to increase all of your joints mobilisation as you get stronger your movement quality and quantity will keep up with your strength and prevent injury and of course 1 size doesn’t fit all take and tweak depending on what you want and listen to your coach’s like you have obviously been doing That’s a really really strong Lift and is not easy to get right
Don't worry, in that clip it was just the warmup weight, and I did stop him before he hurt himself 😅 Thank you tho! I love working on the techniques, it's so much fun!
