Just up the road from your new Apartment is, 'Real Club De Golf Campoamor Resort' a great spot to have a meal or just a quiet drink, , and watch the sun set towards La Manga, panoramic views of the whole bay and it's a world away from the hustle and bustle of the strip down at, La Zenia, really one could take anyone there and get the best of the best of service eating under a Parasol as the evening sun sets, ad for the same price as on the busy Strip, this will be on my Bucket List to go back there, as for beaches travel up a few Kilometres to the likes of Pilar de la Horadada if you want a quieter Beach especially at the weekend rather that closest one to you, which might be Playa de la Zenia. Great that you snagged the Apartment..... Enjoy.

Keep going, you are a personable guy and good in front of the camera. 👍 I've stayed nearby many times getting a feel for things, the hottest months and January too, you will 100% need air con to sleep well in high summer. We've just about settled on that area (Alicante) but are having a last month long look around the bay of Cadiz next month.

@@TheRamblingIrishman l stayed nearby in August 3 years ago, the apt didn't have air con & l spent all night, every night, splashing water on myself in the bathroom, then laying out like a starfish on my bed with a fan full blast on me. 🤣

Looks amazing, thrilled for you. Do you know why property prices are shooting up all of a sudden this year? Probably a few factors. Defo want to do what uve done and move to Spain, hopefully in the next year or two. But hope prices dont increase too much more. Thanks for sharing, so informative. 😊

Villa Martin looks lovely Steve, a quiet location would probably suit you best if you are living there permanently. How far is it from the beach?
I haven't really looked at how far it is yet, but it's definitely more than walking distance! Once I move in I'll.have a lot of exploring to do! 😊
You can see the excitement on your face as you are talking outside the apartment. The next 4 weeks are going to drag in as you wait in anticipation! The temps hit 44c a few times last year, I would have died were it not for AC.
I feel like a kid on Chrismas morning lol! Yes, I'm realising that getting AC fitted is going to be a priority! 😊👍

We are in Punts Prima and since the start of May its got very busy. We have aircon in our townhouse but don't have it on yet. Quite a few commercial centres in the area apart from the Plaza. One you get your bearings the canal path is a nice walk and a great short cut through the area. Clearly I don't know where the flat is but don't ever walk between Centro Comercial La Fuente and Lomas de Cabo Roig as there are no paths and a couple of blind bends. Hope you enjoy it, we are heading back to Scotland as we have run out of days

Its lovely up there. When we bought our apartment in La Florida we stayed in an apartment up there you'll love it 😊. On the price on which you bought it i think around 87.000 🤔

Torrevieja is a great area to live, very convenient and friendly. Im on a bit of a budget so 450,000 way out of my range lol
I would look at getting Aircon in because July and August will be roasting.
