Hi Steve, we have UK passports and own a place in Camposol in Murcia for the last 6 years, since Brexit we can now only stay for 90 days then we need to leave for 90 days

Great video! I thought all those extra costs you mentioned would add up to 10% of the purchase price. You say it's more like 13-14%. Okay, good to know. Anna and I are a few steps behind you, but we're getting the eventually. 😊👍
I'll be interested to see what it works out at, but from estate agents to solicitors 13 to 14% seems to be the norm. Good luck with your quest! 😊
We purchased an apartment in April. There’s a governmental tax of 10% and then another 3+ % for notary, deed payment and collection and other costs.

Through out the recent years, you’ve always remain positive educating and inspiring the rest of us in equal measure keeping it real with Nor Iron humour. Hi Steve. We got our car registered in a place in Los Alcazares called Car Registration Spain they are excellent 👌 they did everything for you. If you're out and about in Villamartin again my husband and I can meet for a coffee, beer and we can tell you how to go about everything. We just did the same as you last year and we would have loved someone to guide us. Give us a txt and we'll try to help you out as best we can 😊

What with Spanish Bank account 😳, high fees, set up in Dundalk . Irish Bank account have EU Iban and Bic, they are accepted for Domestic bills,
I'm happy with the account and fees are quite low 😊
From reserearch I'm seeing that around 15% differential between list and offer price is the norm or have things changed?
Sorry, I've no idea although I offered around 12% and we agreed.

I think you do, I'm.not 100% sure, but I think so. I was renting when I applied, but I think it would be straightforward to overcome!
No you don't need a Spanish address for an N.I.E. I got mine living in London. £8 about 3 years ago from The Spanish Consulate.
