    Ive used it for over a decade and recommend "charging" the water with bentonite's negative ions for at least 3 hours, in lukewarm water and then give it another good stir and sip on that milky water. (You'll find that sometimes your body will want it more concentrated and other times you'll want to add more lukewarm water...listen to your body) and drink it for a handful of days inna row, on an empty stomach. Its wonderful ❤
    One of the best God given remedies for great health🎉🎉🎉

    Hello Dr.Lam!! I have a question. My family and I took for a month oregano oil because of mold exposure. We paused the oregano oil for a month but I got a tooth abscess. During this tooth abscess I started bentonite clay to help me draw infection out; which it did. We are supposed to restarted the oregano oil again for another month. But this is my question to you and thank You!! Can we take both bentonite clay plus oregano oil at the same time? We are so happy we found you and we will share your channel with friends!!! Many blessings to you and your family?💖🌸🙏🥰

    • @drlam
      @drlam  Рік тому +8

      First off, thanks for the kind words and support! As for your question, it's generally okay to take bentonite clay and oregano oil separately during the same period. Just be sure to space them out by a few hours to ensure proper absorption. Always listen to your body and consult with a local functional doctor if unsure. Wishing you and your family the best!

    Hi doc, i see many people using sodium bentonite but you talked about calcium bentonite, does it matter which one i use?

    • @drlam
      @drlam  11 місяців тому +5

      Great question. Both sodium and calcium bentonite can be used for gut detox, but they have some differences. Calcium bentonite is often preferred for internal use as it's less likely to contain high levels of sodium, which can be a concern for some people. So, if you're using it for gut detox, calcium bentonite might be the better choice.

    Thank you Dr. Lam for this video. Do you know if this will help clear and/or ward off bacterial vaginosis? Which I know is more of an issue with one's ph balance being thrown off. Will (Great Plains) Bentonite assist in "resetting" and maintaining one's ph levels? I'm trying to find a gentler way of treating BV, which I seem to be contracting more often as I age. I am on hormone therapy (low dose of estrogen) and it has reduced the frequency but BV still occurs more often than it ever did in my youth. I am 57 and no longer sexually active but BV still occurs.
