So, BWB accidentally created a Korean classic. My mom used to make a thing we called Saturday Morning Special every weekend. Leftover rice, Velveeta and chopped kimchi. Melt Velveeta, add kimchi and rice and combine until everything is hot. It's so comforting. Toss in hot dogs if you want to make it fancy.

This looks amazing! I live in Korea, and some things I love here are kimchi jjigae, kimchi fried rice and dubu kimchi, among other kimchi dishes. The common thread with all of those is cooked kimchi. I would fry the kimchi before throwing it in the cheese. It’s a game changer. I can get fried kimchi at the store here and I put that in Mac and cheese and its’s like it’s from another planet where I know how to make delicious things. Do it Babsy! Fry that kimchi first!!!

Cuz the point hits the tongue first and doesn't have to get thru the teeth. I just made that up but it sounds right.

same reason that a sandwich cut into two triangular halves becomes more sandwich then it was before you cut it
