When I was director of a large addictions program , I went in front of Judge Simpson with some of our students. He is one of the most knowledgeable and fair judges I've ever seen.
The last client has 2 kids, But needs medication,, vouchers, and needs mental health care, can't understand the court, does anyone else worry about those kids?
