It's a double edged sword in reality, if FB think your ad is not selling they will show it less, whereas if it is selling it gets shown more can't win either way just pay them money!
I’ve never had a good experience with FB ads. 👎🏼 … on another note - let’s see your apt! That’s exciting. Ever consider adding a section to your site with info about moving to Estepona? What’s cost of living like there, how to find and apt, life in different parts of town, do people buy houses, is RE expensive, paperwork required to get into the country etc.
Hey Alex, hope you're well and enjoy your new apartment. Can I ask how did you manage to get through to FB chat support? I've spent what feels like weeks trying to resolve a restricted account with no luck and can't find a link on FB anywhere to chat support or even an email to message
That is definitely strange! I cant really see how they have claimed that as surely it would have either needed to be a click from an ad at the time or in the past for that user and as it doesnt sound like Facebook have any data on your mum that makes it even more odd! Another note for you is that as you have built the site in public your Facebook pixel is probably going to be a bit confused as to who your target audience is and that may throw their targeting off a bit.
Nice to see you Alex, lol first business I owned was a real printing company with machinery in about 2008, by the end of the business in 2014 or 2015 we printed nothing and just had it printed by larger company. Now I bet easier for customers to design for themself, back then is why we left business, customers harmed profitably by taking too much time! Just charge more! (The peanut gallery screams) customers then think you are not good business for charging for redesigns and what not. So taking out having to talk with them would be very good!
A little off-topic, but has anyone seen any upward growth in their websites since Google's update on the 21st of June? I have one site that's been getting crushed since last September, with each update since chipping away at its traffic. But since the 21st, there's been significant spikes....
oh that's great to hear and sounds somewhat promising. Although with Google, let's not get our hopes up too much. But I'm glad you're seeing some improvements.
Here's an idea... why not run ads to get people to like your Estepona facebook page? Then you could promote the merch on the page to your already paid for, targeted audience...
IF there's anything you should have learned over the years is that you don't want to rely on 1 product or service. So why not create a site with general products/services to recommend.
@@WPEagle I think they use IP addresses for attribution. Say if you seen an advert on your iPhone, then you decided to buy it, but you used your laptop to complete the purchase. Lots of people complete transactions like this. So location/IP is one of the ways they track for attribution.

Usually the problem is the "view" attribution, try changing the attribution window for clicks only.

Hey Alex, congrats on your new apartment and that facebook thing is definitely weird!

Just thought about it, we always printed own shirts but we just did simple 1-2 colors
It’s a common scam that. I watched a video about it. They do the same on Etsy.
That's super weird (but not surprising knowing FB 😅). I hope the move went well and that you love your new digs!
I have a suggestion for you, please do a video on google search console indexing issues. I haven't found any good video addressing this. Thanks
I've not had any indexing issues though...
How much do you pay for the apartment?
250k
@@WPEagle oh you bought it, I thought it's a rental. That's a good price. How much is the rent for something in the area?
@flaviumircea4012 rent is around €1500 😮
Mate is there much of a digital nomad scene in Estepona?
Yeah there is a few of us
That will make your cost per click go down.I believe
Really?

Probably not.

Are there many Brits in Estepona?
Yeah quite a few
Did your mam use your computer to make the order? Or else it’s the IP address 👍
She did it on her ipad
