Dinner looks delicious Val. Fun fact; my daughter eats sweet peppers like fruit. Her favourite is green pepper 🫑 She just wash them and eat away. She doesn’t eat the seeds or stem but otherwise….she’s a strange one. She’s 25 but started doing this when she was 3 🤦🏽‍♀️
