Then we both agreed that at night that place looks incredibly beautiful, and that it has some stunning restaurants too, but they are all too expensive for the normal Kenyan citizens, only the rich or the known can go there.
PS: you can get an equally beautiful view from across the canal, in downtown Mombasa, and for free!

I can totally understand limited access to the beach, due to resorts or condominiums. However, once on the beach, it should be full access to everyone in both directions. Your encounter here in Mombasa is not an enticing invite to travelers who are dedicated beach goers. Perhaps one of your subscribers can provide you with the laws in Kenya, pertaining to this issue. I liked your add ins of the toy squeaks when you tripped or thought you stepped in a pile of shit! 🤣. Regarding your meal, I will admit it did look good, and I think I’d enjoy it myself. Definitely preferable over frog or vaca de Corazón! Thanks much for taking us on this journey in Kenya! 👏💯👍🇰🇪

The english point was unnecessary to block you or next time tell them youre a guest at the hotels there .the English point coukd by accessed by rhe gates its free.durijg low tides in the morning hours you could access the beach from mkomani to nyali beach
You know how it is life: when people get a tiny bit of power (security guards, for example), sometimes they start behaving in weird ways

I grew up in Mkomani. That beach is very deep. It is not for the faith hearted. Also it is kind of funny, I once tried entering another beach hotel in Nyali, Mombasa and they almost refused entry from the beach side. I do not understand the logic.

Such a surreal feeling to be so close to the beach but without access. Here in Australia I can not imagine not to access the beach. In fact it is the opposite where all the beach is always accessible. Mostly there is a road next to the beach, not development, so you can enjoy the view while driving and always have easy access.
I really need to visit Australia! The access to the beach should be free worldwide!

I really enjoy your contents but anything about Kenyan laws leave it for Kenyans you as a foreigner you will finding yourself in big problems with law enforcement Authorities.
I wasn't sure it to upload this video, but my Kenyan friends working for the government and the police, they all confirmed me that someday this place might be demolished, cause it is not supposed to be there.

No, in every country by law the land that immediately touches the sea/ocean is owned by the government, and therefore everyone should be able to access it. But clearly someone here tipped someone in power and built illegally
