Wow! Totally amazing! Macau is a destination place that is rarely seen or discussed here in the USA. Your video presentation, taking us viewers throughout the city was indeed spot on! From your hotel room to the top of the mountain, and onto the Grand Lisboa Casino, you covered it all! Personally, Macau offers much more for the tourists who want to visit and explore, than what you would find in Las Vegas. It appears one could spend days here solely exploring and enjoying the sights, without even gambling, and learning the history, to make it a memorable time. Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish are closely related, so if one has any understanding of these languages, it makes it even easier and helpful when visiting. I was expecting to see mostly Chinese cuisine when you had your dinners. Surprisingly, this is not the case, so speaking solely for myself, it would be safe for me to eat here. I was SHOCKED to see that you went ahead and ordered that Lengua de Vaca! 🤮🤮🤮. You obviously could not get enough Vaca in ColOmbia! 😢. If you would not have ordered the lengua de vaca, perhaps your ass would have fit onto that swing! Just saying! 🤣. As much as I disapprove of your one meal, I still completely enjoyed and loved this entire video! Wishing you a Merry Christmas, and I will pray that you do not suffer from any intestinal disease from the lengua! Fantastic recording and production! ⭐️💯⭐️💯⭐️💯⭐️
It was mostly Chinese cuisine, but while there I decided to try what was left of the Portuguese times! I wonder if from Corazon de vaca and Lengua de vaca, what else could I eat in future videos; and all of them, dedicated to you 😅
@@MichelePonte No need for you to give it any thought on what to eat in the future. I’m sure that many more god awful meals lie ahead in your travels! Maybe I’ll get lucky, and they’ll all come with pineapple!
Amazing tour of Macao Michele! Parts of it really do feel like the Vegas strip, a place I've been to several times in the past. Also parts of it remind me of Florence Italy. Looking forward to seeing more updates from Asia. Be safe out there buddy!
Hi Michele, I've never heard of Macau, it's very rare that the media here will never show this kind of unique city. Really interesting to learn about the history of the amazing place and I enjoyed your brilliant video but we never got a chance to see your secret female friend. Thanks for sharing this outstanding episode.🙏🙏💙💙
Nice one👍It's not only the UK that drives on the left, around 70 countries do the same. All the way from Nairobi down to Cape Town you will drive the British way.
True. And mostly they are ex British colonies. But I just found out something interesting: The practice is believed to date back to ancient Rome. Romans steered their carts and chariots with the left hand, to free up the right so they could use weapons to defend against enemy attacks.
Great video Michele. Macau looks like a beautiful place. The food looks so delicious. Thank you for the tour. I really enjoyed watching. Great content 👍👍👍.
Thanks for another revealing video - I always knew of that wealthy country not knowing it has Portuguese influence. Wonder if the real Macau has immigrants from Africa?
Wow, more than Las Vegas! I've been there and found the place "obscene", so Macau is not my kind of place. But the fusion of cultures is very interesting...when you are in Malaysia maybe you will visit Malacca? It was also a Portuguese possession for over a hundred years (later Dutch, then British). And, BTW, in Malaysia they also drive on the left...😉
I’ll try to be in Malaysia at the end of January, just in time for my birthday! Now let me do some research regarding Malacca, and thank you for the suggestion 🙂
What?! I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money! I’ve been always curious about Macau, and it’s an incredibly beautiful place, the Portuguese ruled here for almost 500 years and walking through these streets totally felt like being in Europe
Would you like to visit Macau?
Yes
Definitely,it has been on my list before COVID,still on list Macau, but glad that COVID is out of list haha
I do. The hotels are very good and less expensive, as long as you do not go to the attached gambling house.
I did when I was there and I found it interesting :)
Ponte again come to India 🇮🇳
This time more fun
Beautiful city. The casino in intro reminds me of the Flamingocasino exterior

She’s a mysterious girl, but I’m grateful she showed me around!
Yes! you are lucky Michele :-)
Macau is very small. It is a special administrative region of China and implements one country, two systems.
We in Australia and NZ have RHD, as does lots of Africa...

Have you ever been to Jakarta, Indonesia? Jakarta is a very modern city.
I’ll probably be there in February
In Macau the Portuguese egg tart is famous. Another thing I don't know how the Macauness park their motor so closely?😊
They do exactly like we do in Europe :)
@@MichelePonteenjoy your holiday😊. Been there a few times on my way to Guangzhou a decade ago 😊.
Thanks, you too!

Eheh, I try to be the bridge/ponte possible :)

I’m not sure. The only the few black people I noticed I guess they were tourists

Macau so glitz, glamour & historic but Las Vegas is lacking in history therefore Las Vegas can never be the Macau of the West!
True
I saw ur chicks leg lol😅😂
Why the Girl don't wanna be in the Video?.....She can actually make it more fun......Am i your type?...we will see 😊
I agree, but for now it is what it is :)
Just like Thailand, they drive on the correct side of the road! For a country that’s never been colonised they know it’s the right thing to do….🍄
Corruption! We won't let you sink so low
