** I really cant believe I waited over a year to make this but nothing quite like bon appetit coming out with a similar gourmet version to make you feel like now's the time. I lived off of hot pockets when I was younger so I wanted to update them and to try and make them vegan so I made vegan hot pockets in my favorite flavors: pepperoni pizza, ham and cheddar, and finally chicken broccoli and cheddar. bon appetite indeed!!!!!

@@lfcoolg to be fair though, the reason it worked so well for Chris was the combo of not doing those two things, the steam vented out the sides and that's why it was splitting where his rectangles met. If he did it without the 2 rectangle, the dough would've split somewhere else and made air pockets.

Not sure whether you care or not lmao but the container you're using for measuring is for wet ingredients. Dry ingredients like flour and sugar should be measured using measuring cups, they are slightly different and using one vs. the other can change the consistency of your dough 💕
