it's actually really good for your teeth, breath, & gums! been doing it for years.
it's supposedly helps pull 'bad bacteria' from your body but it's only ever helped my mouth.
Pulling is so hard to do! Like you go into pumped, thinking it's gonna be a breeze, 3 minutes in and you're already exhausted contemplating you're very existence. I will say i felt like a champion for getting through it and I had some tooth pain it did seem to alleviate. That lasted for 3 days. So much work. I guess I'll be basic and stick to Listerine. 😂

warm water with some sea salt works wonders. especially if you are having trouble with your tonsils.

I oil pull every morning haha! It is definitely weird and takes getting used to but it is really good for oral health and is a natural teeth whitener 😊
My dentist told me oil pulling is really great for oral health but I just don't have the motivation to do it

@@ellemenno9180 I've only been doing it for a few weeks so I don't have any long term results yet, I'm one of those unlucky people who struggle with oral health even though I do everything right.
Oil pulling has helped a lot, my gums are looking less inflamed, my teeth do look whiter already and I've noticed my breath stays fresher.
I do a tablespoon of extra virgin unrefined coconut oil before I brush my teeth every day for 20 min (which is difficult but it gets easier with time), if you try it just make sure not to swallow as the oil will have mouth gunk/bacteria in it :) spit into the trash not the sink, rinse mouth out with warm water after

I love Andrew's channel. He's the first vegan I've enjoyed watching 'cause he's so positive and funny...and I never feel like he's preaching or judging. I especially love his rapport with Chris Klemens 'cause they're like how me, an omnivore, and and my friends are...I try their vegan dishes, and they never shame me for being an omnivore.
