How and why would you penalize someone for accidently wrecking someone when they are racing for the same real estate on a track?? Now if someone purposely and with malice wrecks someone for example the Hamlin situation that is where a penalty is warranted. NASCAR's inconsistency to be consistent rearing it's FACT again! This will be NASCAR's downfall! Caution flag(s), being consistent on calling penalties during the race, i.e. wrecking another car or truck, and there's nobody checking NASCAR's penalties against teams or drivers to make sure the penalties & fines to be sure they're consistent! Because NASCAR isn't transparent in their process!

Sad for the health of NASCAR when a part of the crew, along with a crew chief, needs to be an attorney.
