Hi Shiela, we made pork pie last year as well. They seemed even better this year unless we’ve forgotten how good they were. The mince worked well and getting the spice mix correct is the trick. I can cook but seeing you two being adventurous is giving me so much confidence to try and make more of my own food in future. Just need to empty my freezers first.

I'm having a wee laugh to myself here Graham,when Wendy says about wearing gloves as you don't want any OLES it reminded me of the Four Candles sketch when Ronnie Barker asked for OSE 😂I love pork pie and we regularly have them in our yellow sticker reduced section,especially the mini ones and I buy them for a snack,what I do like is the Gala pork and egg slices,your pies look amazing,so professional,thanks for the mention,you put me in the mood last week so I bought a pack of 18 Jus-Rol vol au vent cases for £2.35 minus my 20% discount and a tin of chicken supreme,I know you can make them from scratch as I have done in the past but the quicker I can get them the better 😂 great video once again guys,Merry Christmas to you and your family and I hope you have a wonderful day 🎅🤶 👍👏👏👏👏

Yes very easy to change just like changing main oven light unscrew cover bulb pulls straight out and replaced with G9 25w bulb sorted 😀👍
