I think you might be being a bit optimistic so you'll have to save up a bit longer :) Alton Towers along with Thorpe Park and Madame Tussauds sold for a wallet breaking £5.9bn in mid-2019, as I'd imagine the two parks are a bigger chunk of this than Tussauds I think you're looking at at least a couple of billion unless anything else was part of that deal. Although I guess these sales also include some future value and there's a lot depends on specifics like who owns exactly what, specifically what was sold, if any land is included, if any other parties involved etc. I wonder if the land may not be specifically 'owned' as land is more complex- true value could be even more if land is only leased or something as it is a lot of land. Then there's who owns the Sea Life aspect.... It may now be fully owned though as I know it's had various changes historically- not 100% sure- could be wrong- but not sure if English Heritage were involved with the towers at one point in the past. The Alton towers branding, and all the other intangible assets it hold have monetary value so if your £450m valuation was accurate for all Towers Assets then probably add another £200m in goodwill for everything intangible.
