I finally understand self love, I always put myself down and finally stopped. I did healing work to heal the core wounds and let go. I also watch everything I say and allow myself to feel the emotions. Never had that and having myself feel emotions. I needed to feel the emotions and I am okay feeling them. I allow them to be there. I am very grateful for my spiritual awakening. Took two years but I have learned from mistakes. Also do self eft tapping and yin yoga. It helps to heal the nervous system. It takes discipline and gotta do it for your self.

Thank you so much for sharing all of theses kind advice with us. As far as I'm concerned, I put a lot pressure on myself to do things wich I'm aware that will make me grow, and then I feel stressed. Now I try to learn to be patient and to enjoy the process.
