Having no job or no family can make it hard to stay motivated on the Entrepreneurial journey. A regular routine keeps the engine running. I find myself getting distracted and lazy too often with no one to push me. That's when I tune into Rob! Thanks Rob!
Wow, Rob! Your podcast episode is a goldmine of practical wisdom for anyone looking to overcome laziness and boost motivation. Your insights about the relationship between energy and following one's passions truly resonate with me. It's amazing how you pointed out that we often find energy in the areas that truly matter to us. You also mentioned the importance of routines in creating freedom, and I totally agree. But for someone trying to establish these routines, what's your top tip for staying consistent, especially when faced with distractions and unexpected challenges in daily life?
I completely agree, His observations about the relationship between energy and following one's passions are profound and resonate with many. Consistency is a journey, and small, persistent efforts can yield significant results. Keep up the good work Rob!
Your podcast episode is a treasure trove of valuable insights for individuals seeking to conquer procrastination and enhance motivation. Your perspectives on the connection between vitality and pursuing one's interests deeply resonate with me.
On my opinion ,staying consistent can be a challenge, but my top tip would be to start small, focus on one habit at a time, and celebrate every little win along the way; it'll create a positive snowball effect that keeps you motivated even in the face of distractions and challenges! 🚀🌟
I agree wholeheartedly. His insights on energy and pursuing passions resonate deeply. Consistency is a journey, and your persistence pays off. Keep it up, Rob!
The podcast discusses five steps to overcome laziness and boost motivation. Step 1: Develop a clear vision for your goals across various aspects of life. Step 2: Create a structured daily schedule that aligns with your vision and intentions. Step 3: Set specific intentions for how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish each day. Step 4: Take consistent action and build routines that minimize distractions. Step 5: Recognize the connection between physical movement and motivation, using action to drive your emotional state.
Amazing steps to keep motivated. I'm agree with the moving steps, I started the gym at 5:30 am, one hour daily, and it changed my life, as I started the day with a high level of energy and motivation. Where I want to grow is in the time managment skill, maybe this could be the next topic.
Always love your podcast Rob. Thank you very much for so diligent update. I already pre ordered your book in September. May I ask how can I get extra free resources?
I don't know if you reply but the thing is there is exam called SSC in India for government job and if I tell you the truth I'm in this only because one of my relative is doing it and I want to be a bank po but the lifestyle and job profile the SSC offers is far more best than bank po it's prestigious and respected to for both I have to qualify tiers of exams and for that I have to study a lot and work hard I think sometimes that I have to work hard whichever I choose so why don't I put a little extra effort and get the SSC job which provides me more growth in life but my inner voice says go for Bank I don't know what to do what's your suggestion?
it doesn't fit well for most of the people. First step is the hardest. I'm in my 30s and I've tried a lot of things but I know none of them is my "passion". But I guess the common path for something like me is to "tough it out" till I retire in my mediocre career - just enough to be able to afford mortal goals such as buying a house, a car, and establishing a family. I find this world a boring place to live. I even envisioned myself as rich as the top billionaires and I'm still not excited with the idea of the things that I can do with that wealth. Just waiting for my time to pass...
