How to hike from Sol Mar Beach to Lover's Beach

Where to climb and safety of climbing over the rocks/mountain. If you are staying at Sol Mar, Playa Grande, or Finisterra, which are all on Sol Mar Beach, you can hike/climb over the rocks/mountain at the east end of the beach, to get to, first Divorce Beach, and then Lover's Beach.
