I though Max's voice lost its attack and power...I WAS WRONG...And I am really happy about it...
That switch from Troy to Greg is just really smooth.

I think it feels like that way because of Troy and Max' voice are deeper. So when Gregs higher voice kicks in it sounds so different and energetic. A perfect vocal trio

4 Metal Bad asses in one band: Troy is the best vocal in Mastodon, Max is legend, Ben is a beast, and Greg is awesome in a very special way.

Greg and Troy bring the vibes and max brings the brutality. They all make such a potent dynamic together, the strength is in the combination here, yet they remain strong in their individual nature

Troy's vocals are so powerful in this song! I feel like Mastodon sometimes lean too heavily on Brann for the vocals these days and have forgotten that Troy is awesome too!

Especially so quickly after the 1st. Usually takes like a decade.
And actually manages to carry a cohesive sound that sounds good

Not a huge DEP fan, but in this environment, Greg may be one of the best vocalists in metal right now. Troy is just amazing, of course. He always reminds me of the Winter Warlock character from the old stop-motion Christmas movie. His voice is so big you can't replicate it. I have no idea how he does that. Cavalera is a beast, as always. This is easily my favorite song from these guys.
Been waiting for this. When I got to meet Max in Dallas, Killer Be Killed was what I asked about.
At last something to look forward to in this year ... a part from Gregs Solo Album ... this is another must have ...

Dont't ask me why but some parts of the vocals really give me a "Ozzy Osbourne singing in a punkband" feeling. For example 1.09 - 1.30
Funny you say that. It's Greg Puciato and on one of his solo songs ("Do You Need Me to Remind You?") someone here on YT mentioned that it sounded a bit like Ozzy Osbourne, another one mentioned Alice in Chains. And when I read that I heard "Ozzy-like" style in the song indeed.
This is the best new anthem/single I have heard in years.

Ive always loved all of these guys. I heard about them 3 years ago. I was so bummed when dillinger ended but really happy when i heard this band. Ive been looking forward to new music from them
