You and your students are rolling with great energy. I'm a 53 yr old Black Belt (Valente Brothers) and I can no longer roll hard and rolling like this is a brilliant way to be doing it into your 80s. I only wish I had done it like that back in the day (1995). Hello from Miami.

Awesome to see how you roll versus your students! You can really tell that you're giving them the opportunity for reactions and that you're trying to match their skill-level by only going a bit above them so it's still a tough roll for them, but not the "I SMASH you, it doesn't matter what you do"-style
As someone who's just started BJJ and has only done 12 or so classes, it's crazy to me how some people have an intuitive sense of space and kinesthetic awareness.
Chewy I love your videos. Uou really get me amped up to train .from the smooth rolling to the dope music in the background, keep up the great content. My man 👍
Chewy watching you roll is like watching awesome fundamentals applied with proper pressure and timing, minus spazzing, with just the right amount of black belt magic!! What I strive to emulate. Thanks
Dude that's fake and not real Yes I know you saw a Gracie do it but if you look ALOT closer those students SUCKED and should of sub him Think about it if those 3 were black belts would he survived a course NOT THATS WHY THEY WEREN'T BLACK BELTS

Excellent training vlog Chewy! The music was on point, the slo-mos, and to top it off the outstanding display of skill! I like how you don’t just smash your guys with your size and weight, you have a very fluid style of rolling and I can see the mental chess you got going on when you’re in the scrambles and going for check mate! GREAT JOB! OSS 🥋❤️🔥⚔️🦍
Im literally getting ready for class as this video dropped, slight motivation increase. I really like the pace chewy set and what he allowed to happen and didnt allow to happen. Very humble, those are some good purple belts
That was beautiful. I don't have chance to watch people rolling because I'm one of those guys who always roll, but after watching this I might start taking "breaks" between 🤙
Also the way you switched your hips and basically kneed the frame out of the way at 4:03 to finish the pass. You're rolls are just a beautifully dangerous beacon of grappling knowledge
They say you can judge a Master by his students. These students have beautiful technique and smooth movements as does the Master. Very impressive 🙇
This some femdom shit?

@@mathew66 it's ALL "some femdom shit", my son -.-
more no gi live rolls!
Michael Coombe That would be dope
This was not a live match was it......???
So dope! I liked them all but I really liked the transitions from the bald dude roll, Great music for it.
Yes please!
Love the combination of the music and the roll. Really hyping me for my class
Happy to share brother.
Couldn’t agree more!
The last guy’s level is way higher than your average purple belts... Very smooth flows from one position to another...

Man that is high level bjj. You had so many sub opportunities but you wanted to let your students roll. Great master of your art Chewy.

I love watching him roll with student because of this. Perfect moderation, not the "you will get nothing" mentality
Cud have easily gotten an armbar or its variation at 2:00 ..but yea seems like he gave it up to allow the student to continue rolling
you should go over this roll and commentate over this to explain why you do certain movements
I'll see what I can do.
Chewjitsu
Yes please do that would help a lot of us
Although music sounds better, but a commentary can give a lot of insight.
I love that pass at 3:28. Holy moly what a beautiful pass. I need to work that into my game.
its on his channel its actually so simple but looks dope
Aces do you know what it is under by any chance?
Boom Nailed It look up surfboard pass chewjitsu you should be able to find it
That’s right he was the one who posted it originally. I need to revisit, caught a few people with it the week after I saw the original instruction
Yea looked like he did some Jet Li type shit except on the ground!
I don't know martial arts at all, but the way you guys use all your limbs and get out of situations that I think are unbeatable is amazing.
Love videos like this. You make it look effortless.
your level of maturity as a teacher IS GODLIKE !! you never get pissed when just a purple belt passes your guard or mounts you or smth .
Dude, that's some real competence.
And now I know why we do cartwheels during warm-ups! So awesome!

Man, nice skilled purple belts with different styles. Some slick stuff added in. Great rolls, very fun to watch. Thanks coach Chewy.
I've been training gi only for my first 6 months, time to step into the no-gi world
Nick M do it
Fook the GI
It's fun. I just started no gi bjj.
I like this style of video. I like strategic and limited use of slow motion, no cut scenes. Straight up lengthy roll with good music.
Thank God for someone not putting some loud techno house music during a roll video. It never works with bjj. Nice vids. Make more👍🏽
Gil Ima I was thinking the exact same.
Chewy I love your videos. Uou really get me amped up to train .from the smooth rolling to the dope music in the background, keep up the great content. My man 👍
You 2 were really burning rubber at the 4:00 mark. Your students move beautifully.
Helluva camera man. May I ask what you're using?
The-Art-of-Guitar I keep seeing you on these BJJ videos lol, do you train?
He was just using a gimbal with the camera. No other change.
@@jfw1991 I do! 14 years now. Still a purple belt tho.

That inside trip was juicy,
Thanks for sharing this.
Fr thats what i was thinking, i gotta try that
Thanks for the comment brother.
It’s like watching a dance, so fluid in the movements
You're a good coach brother. Working just hard enough to push your student and let him learn but not overwhelming him. Well done.
Great rolls. Great music. I can see myself looping this for the super chill beats.
Man that last dude had a nasty inversion game. His transitions were beautiful
Man that last guy moves so well for a big guy. Great stuff!
Great video chewy! Enjoyed watching this a lot, especially it being no gi.
Really enjoyed watching this. A master at work 🤙🏻🤙🏻
I love seeing big guys who can invert and play a good guard game.
It's scary when a 200+lbs starts folding up in half.
I have to say I am impressed by the control and technique displayed. Nobody trying to kill or hurt each other but it's still a tough roll....I love it
Lots more videos like this please - flow rolls with chill music are always good
Haha it's not really a flow roll lol. We were all sweating and breathing heavy. A flow roll is much much slower.
3 very good purple belts, 3 completely different styles! Brilliant!
Man, your content and teaching style is so good. Wish you were here in the LA area
really enjoyed this. love that the big guys are rolling smooth and easy and showing great technical skills not just raw power
What a beautiful series of rolls! Love seeing how much thought is going into it, especially the bigger guys not limiting their toolset.
Why would I ever watch this after midnight.. I'm way too pumped to sleep now. That was so good!!
Nathan Rudd haha best to read a book or something. But I’m glad you enjoyed the video.
Beautiful technique by all
Surfboard pass 3:27 gave me quarter chub. I like that you set up from close quarters and distracted him with your hand on his shoulder.
I'm pretty new to bjj next class will be my fourth and after watching this I think im ready for rolling in class now, I haven't done it quite yet
Chewie rolls so nice especially considering he started as a wrestler, he doesn’t wrench on anything, he’s quick but also elegant.
that last guy looked great at inverting and getting those leg tangles I want a game like his
I really liked watching that big man invert at the end..cool to see bigger dudes inverting
Yeah those are my most frequent search terms on porn hub. "big man inverting"
Was fun to watch. Awesome transitions.
This kind of video is super helpful, interesting and just a joy to watch. Cheers from London

You are a real beast brother awesome skills cool to watch as iam laying on my back waiting till its mat time for me. 👊🏻🥋
Hope you get some good training in yourself.
Smooth, controled, technical. Beautiful 🤘🏻
Cool video. As a wrestler watching the slower pace standup is quite different and interesting.
That last guy can move. Nice video. Like the tunes

Awesome video, so smooth and controlled
Really enjoyed this. It’s been years since I last trained. Need to get back to it
I dunno why but feels quite relaxing to watch u guys roll, I wonder if you would welcome me for a training sesh when I fly to the us
That was beautiful. I don't have chance to watch people rolling because I'm one of those guys who always roll, but after watching this I might start taking "breaks" between 🤙
Such intricate flow! I'm loving the chain of submissions and control demonstrated by you and your students. Oss.
When Chewy gets that "oh" face, you know it's a good roll 😲
I like the flow rolling because it helps me see the body movements and diff ways to get out or set up moves 👍🏽
Great video! Nice rolls and nice music. Love the way you represent the art of Bjj/Grappling!
love your channel man!! would love to see some more narrated rolls though. I find them very useful.
thanks for sharing
I really admire the endurance it takes to do this sport.
Chewy can you please do a breakdown of that jump to knee to there kneck pass your such a nimble ninja keep killing it brother 🙌 Adam
That is an awesome video!!! Please post more of these.
could use more of these types of vids, just pure roll and different body types. so much to learn form this stuff
Great job Patrick!

That is beautiful flow. Poetry!
Would love to see more of these live rolls. Gi as well. Thank you Chew
The track you picked was dope too
I like the different video style, music got me pumped too
I love all your vidyas, but this one made me subscribe. Good stuff
Do more of those please ! I'm pumped up for my bjj class ! :D
Would love if you did a video on that front trip you did at 1:30
Can we please have a video on the 3:27 technique, man that was so sick
Best scramble, is when music mutes (besides, awesome takedowns the first one and the one you made, Chew).
Extremely beautiful rolls!!
Awesome video! Would like to see more like this, shows off smooth transition
This is great, thanks for posting! Learning a lot just observing.
