    You and your students are rolling with great energy. I'm a 53 yr old Black Belt (Valente Brothers) and I can no longer roll hard and rolling like this is a brilliant way to be doing it into your 80s. I only wish I had done it like that back in the day (1995). Hello from Miami.

    Awesome to see how you roll versus your students! You can really tell that you're giving them the opportunity for reactions and that you're trying to match their skill-level by only going a bit above them so it's still a tough roll for them, but not the "I SMASH you, it doesn't matter what you do"-style

    I like this style of video. I like strategic and limited use of slow motion, no cut scenes. Straight up lengthy roll with good music.

      Haha it's not really a flow roll lol. We were all sweating and breathing heavy. A flow roll is much much slower.
