- Here are some simple stretches and exercises to improve ankle range of motion that you can practice at home. These stretches and exercises are good for general ankle tightness and will loosen up the ankle. Easy to perform at home and will increase the ankles range of motion.
I did this and my ankle feels a lot better, that little pain went away for now but I’ll keep doing it till it’s better

i am walking with one crutch? should i do this rom exercise?? which one is more important rom or walking?
No idea if anyone asked this yet, but what kind of band is that? The 'loops' on it are exactly what I'm looking for. Can't get it to work as well with a towel lol

Hi Sir ,I had got fractured around ankle joint since 3 month back , doctor managed this fracture with close reduction and applied long leg pop cast for three months. now cast have been removed but ankle joint get stiffed , kindly tell me that cycling is good for ankle joint mobilization or not at this stage of recovery?

I have been doing the same range of motion since 1999 prescribed by PT and hasn't improved. Sometimes the pain in the ankles is not bearable on those days I feel the only option would be amputation. And No I'm not suicidal.
Pain in the ankle is fucked, here probably everyone have it. Try working out tibia muscles. It helped me,but it was never that bad.
How many different PT have you gone to? Some are completely inexperienced and think one exercise fits all. Even better if you have a diagnosis of what the issue is (in my experience, PT aren't good at this and doctors are only slightly better)
