That engine and color scheme it's going to be a forever bike for me.
Exactly why I won't buy one. I test drove a 6rr and 4rr anniversary and was completely underwhelmed. To get the 4rr up to 77hp you will spend more than a 6rr with a slipon. It's a nice bike. But expensive for what it is on the street. This bike made specifically for track use, and especially for people looking for smaller track bike, cause it has all the set ups you would want. On the street, it sucks, nonexistent torque to get the same torque as Ninja400/500, you need to rev it way higher, the same problem with zx6r or any 600cc supersport, I can say it's even less usable than zx6r, the only thing makes it's better for the street is slightly more comfortable seating position. You buy it for the sound. On the street, sport bike wise, RS660 probably the most usable middle weight and below for the money right now or the recent Suzuki GSX8R
You'll know when you've been riding a long time. You won't look at the spec sheet. You wont know how powerful the bike is, how much it weighs and what the 0-60 time is. A W800 with a whopping 47 rear wheel horsepower. Not because I'm old and slow. Because it works so well everyday and I can thrash it to within an inch of its life, and that's fun. You can't do that on a Buell Cyclone, and ST1100 or a GSXR 750. I wish I'd known all the way back when I was young, what I know today.

There is simply no comparison in smiles for the mile and filling the gaps in between in great comfort, added safety with 2-up capability and sport touring performance.
Modern bikes are very jerky. High compression, light weight flywheel, and DFCO Deceleration Fuel Cutoff makes them nasty to ride when you're on/off throttle. Kawasaki seems to handle the combination of these factors better than most.
It's ironic that country that made rules where gas guzzling trucks are norm has fuel economy restrictions on normal cars and bikes as if they are the main contributors to pollution.

What’s insane is my ZX-10-RR has 160 more HP and weights 10-lb less 😂
Just bonkers
I had more fun on a cb 500f than the cb 1000r.
That's a whole different bike once you have it tuned...
77 hp?
In theory. Australia she is 75 14500 max RPM (16200 designed to do)
In Japan and with an ECU flash
Modern bikes are very jerky. High compression, light weight flywheel, and DFCO Deceleration Fuel Cutoff makes them nasty to ride when you're on/off throttle. Kawasaki seems to handle the combination of these factors better than most.
If you like that bike, wait till you try out the CBR600RR. /evil grin
It's cute 🤪😆
It's ironic that country that made rules where gas guzzling trucks are norm has fuel economy restrictions on normal cars and bikes as if they are the main contributors to pollution.
If it only was lighter
I have a Zx4rr. It’s not that great for $10k
It's terrible for the price lol

Nice bike, but not as good as MT-09 for street, never! 👎
The MT ticks all the boxes & you can ride 2 up still with power to spare 😎
Keep that back breaker Kaw for the track 💯👍
I don't ride two up 😜
@@KirkKreifelslove the comment
@@KirkKreifels It’s all good 👍
Please sell the grom, can’t take seriously a 6ft man riding a kiddie bike
Love the Grom!
@@KirkKreifels nooooo, lol
Quarter liter not 2 1/2 liter 😂
Not worth it without a flash for full power. And for the price just go 636.
True BUT you can't use the fullness of the zx6r on the streets.
Get a busa
