Thanks for the video not many pastors talk about mental health like they should

I had the same thoughts when I first saw this.
I’ve been the guy on the right. In some ways I still am. Making sure everyone around me is having a good time with no regards to myself.
I was lucky to have friends that noticed, that checked on me, that called, texted, visited, or shared things with me in return.
I’m still around because of them…

Hi Chris, I may seem like a random person on the internet, but I would like to recommend you to seek professional aid. Sometimes life can get hard but at some point you will get over it. Thank you for sharing this with us but remember, even if you feel like so, you are not alone, much love.💚💚

It is truly unfortunate that suicide and other mental illnesses are taking over the world… in fact where I live it is the second most suicidal state in the US (Montana) and Billings is the most depressed city in the Northwest side of US. I’ve tried to see the pain behind the smiles of many people, whether they are random strangers I meet at work or my best friends, it always struggle. I myself have not had someone I know commit the act, but I’ve heard from people I know who have, and it broke them from the inside out. I still struggle with depression. But I know God is over depression.

I'm going through the roughest part of my life right now cause I can't keep it bottled up anymore and it's spilling out and I'm off work because of it and I feel like I'm going down and just wanted to say thank you I haven't cried this hard in a while and it felt different

    "Pastor/Therapist"?
You can't be both at the same time, therapy such as psychoanalysis, cognite behaviour therapy, humanistic therapy and so on are devoided from religion.
Never a psychologist or therapists should be giving advice to seek out to god, to pray or to join an organized religion, that's just malpractice.
Your title is very confusing, a pastor is one thing, a therapist is another. If you can put your religion aside and work as a therapist, that I respect, if you mix them both, terrible practice.
