Kein Mensch wechselt so das Öl an einem Wandler Getriebe...das muss gespült werden um das Öl aus dem Wandler zu bekommen und auch die Reste aus der Mechatronik....
Wonderful video! So is Part2 on this transmission service. When I bought my 2008 VW Rabbit 2.5 with the 09G transmission, I did not know the condition of the transmission or the quantity of fluid in it. I did know from the seller that he had used Aisin T-4 fluid which meets the VW G 055 025 spec. I drained all the fluid, removed and cleaned the pan and magnets, replaced the filter and gasket and like yours in this video, were all in good shape. I overfilled the system and followed your procedure with the IR gun so that I would end up with the correct amount of fluid. The shifting improved dramatically immediately. The next time I changed only the fluid in the pan by removing the inside standpipe tube, I measured 2.5 quarts of fluid. After that, I've since replaced only the fluid two more times at 15K mile intervals with the same results. Now that I am satisfied that my fluid is relatively new and that my transmission is in good shape, I am changing it at 30K mile intervals. Thank you! I've researched the recommended fluid and there are several brands meeting the VW spec, some are full synthetic and some are not. This would be a personal choice for the owner. If you don't see this VW spec on the label, do not use it!
Congratulations for our continued good luck and for finding no shavings in the pan. 🙏 Happy for you. And sorry about your prior experiences with the 07 VW. I wonder why you did not choose to replace the trans with a used unit and keep going.

very detailed video ! Thank you !
I thought that it was good idea to check if you can loosen the fill plug before removing the drain plug.
Yes but when you have a shop, you have all the tools necessary to deal with a stuck filler so checking it first is unnecessary.
If you get an Aisin VW 09P in to service, that would also be of interest.
Ah, the peoples car!
