Jake is a very smart dog when you pretend to be drowning he saw you but he never jumped right away he went to the place you instructed them where to begin Even though he saw his favorite ball he never bothered his main goal is to save you when he sees you your okay he gets the ball...he is very smart dog even he knows his strength he never compete to any when he knows he never gonna win. He is such a calm and intelligent dog.

if there’s one thing i learned fixing fixtures on my own kitchen and toilet (on 2 different properties) if you can afford to spend abit more to get quality fixtures, go for it. It’s not that i dont trust products from Shopee, i use it alot also. But you get what you pay for from whichever country it came from😉. Toilet and Kitchen fixtures are the most used and water comes into play. Get good brands and you will save yourself the trouble later on. Don’t get fooled by those ‘novelty’ functions with the sink, less plastic and moving parts would be better😊

dont forget to keep the horse poop good manure, also if the sun is too hot for your veggies put rebar half hoops and put shade netting over them good luck guys

It is great to experience a dream turning into a reality. I'm very happy to see you so blessed. Assisting others in need always brings a big harvest. The school back in Cebu City, the people you provided for during the typhoon, even the way you have treated the workers, all of that was, and it is your sowing time and then times goes by and harvesting time comes like it has. We started building our house in 1999 and it's still ongoing. My wife keeps adding, changing. It's never ending. Yours looks great.
Jake is a fast swimmer. Glad he was able to get the ball because Thor has the speed on the ground. You guys are really living the dream there! That restaurant looks so great too. I hope I can try it when I come for a visit. 18 months went by fast really and yes that build was very manual labor intensive. Your property location and view really make this a spectacular location and I can only imagine what that area might be like in another 20 years.
The excitement is getting higher - looking forward to seeing the complete beautiful house, surrounded by equally beautiful garden. God bless you all.

you want poles put along drive with solar lights so you can see have them come on when someone comes down drive
Guys a tip please be careful to the worker that will install your kitchen appliances especially the dishwasher may be they will ruin your things make sure they are trained and propesional i watch a lot of building the house in the house the worker ruin their appliances the put screw with it and put a hole in the dishwasher so they cannot use their dishwasher anymore hope you will be careful with that i hope will not happen to you guys.

Mega Sardines is the best sardines and the freshest because it is canned the same day the fish are caught with there most modern machines. Try it Finn so delicious 😋😋😋
that wardrobe cabinets hopefully the gap below is large enough for a robot vaccum cleaner to go thru. Coz that big floor area need a Robo mopping and vaccum cleaner😂

Vitamin C is ascorbic acid what means that any acid can remove the iron stains. The best is oxalic acid but maybe it's recommendable to use it in the pool...
We have strong iron containing well water and the best of cleaning your toilet when the stains occur is battery acid what you can purchase easily.
I love the sink that what im wish for you yo have it very functional and elegant look i hope it fits in your kitchen area its quite big than your kitchen area where you gonna put that sink.. I hope you don't forgot to measure that too .

Will you put typhoon shutters design on your large windows & sliding doors ? You guys are on a hill & on a trade wind passage way that can blow yur glass out. It’s really an investment for typhoons & vandalism when your both on a vacation you can secure & shut & lock up the house leave. We live in an area we’re typhoon buildup & gets near or on the island. Seen destruction of concrete homes with no shutters window gets damages all kinds of sizes of windows & sliding doors. Ever since homes are built with typhoon shutters & last a long time …

I feel your pain regarding the kitchen counter height fin. Omg 🤭 No need to have a bad back doing dishes. Pier is still working so I do my share of dishes. The concrete.. yes. Here in Davao we have wooden base cabinets and with that brings ants. 🐜 Looking great guys. 😊❤️ Haven’t forgotten the calamansi short. Been busy. We went to Kapatagan yesterday looking at lots. Have you considered employing a kitchen designer? Please don’t be offended but we thought what you are fitting out is the ‘dirty kitchen’. Looks nice but you have no toe kick at the base of the cabinet and maybe not now is but if you get older, you have to bend over more you’re better off for the two or three or 4 inch to kick underneath the cabinet so you can get closer to the countertop just an observation but what a beautiful place

In the US standard kitchen countertop height is 36 inches, about 92cm. Your countertop will be perfect height.

I Hope you put more workers so that joseph will concentrate his cabinet..still a lot of cabinet to do your walk in closet, cabinets in the kitchen, in your pantry, your laundry room, even your guests room cabinets and your storage room. The cabinets are very detailed work needs to concentration hope your carpenter and painter will concentrate their work only..or not it will finish 2yrs or more hehehehe.. still the same if you put more people the work will finish as soon as possible.if not your construction will prolonged still amount of money you will spend..but the good side of many workers you finish everything in short spans of time and not bother you if you wanted to do some work or next project has to be done...time is gold guys you will be glued by your construction if you not put more people to work. Look your main door not yet finish in varnish..your stairs not yet finish i dont know the laundry area you didn't update that..and all your tools will be easy to break if you dont put them in proper storage its a big loss of money too or be scattered everywhere will get wet and ruin.. just my opinion..if you'd not put things in proper place you just wasting your money and effort...
