With the lungs of our beautiful planet and the lungs of the human collective being in such a fragile state, we felt it was more important than ever to create a session that helps with our Respiratory system. This episode works through our Solar Plexus, Heart and Throat Chakras which all have a unique connection with our lungs. As we feel these notes vibrate through our being, we would like everyone to focus on their breath. When the notes change or when you feel emotion surging through your body, remember these moments as cues to take these deep breaths into your body. Hey I've been trying to look this up, but I haven't found much info on this topic: Why am I getting migraines a little after listening to sound frequencies? Does that mean it's working? lol. Like is it a spiritual headache one gets when they attune their body to new and higher vibrating energies? Is something wrong with me??? I really hope someone can explain to me what's going on here, thank you!
I can't say 100% for sure why you may be experiencing them. Though what I know from experience is that when we experience any type of discomfort while listening, it's because energy is clearing out. The migraines could be a manifestation of some type of release your body is letting go. Absolutely nothing wrong with you! ❤️🫂
Get some citrus peels in a pot of water, bring to a rapid boil then put on table, breath in the steam with a towel draped over your head all whole listening to this

I love that at 6:55, just as the bowls were settling down, the camera lost focus for a moment and had to re-focus. It made me realize that sound waves are basically air contracting/vibrating, which changes how light refracts through the air, which made the camera re-adjust - practically making a visual display of how these sounds affect us.

Interesting... very well could be. The first time I found frequency interesting is when I learned quite a few years back that every planet and object in the universe has its own frequency signature. I wonder if that is a scientific reason why stellar objects actually do effect humans on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Im pretty sure that if a frequency in our actual brainwaves we're significantly increased we would actually start to visualize things differently ourselves. Pretty much proves to me that our brain is just a receiver of frequency and energy and not a producer. Picking up energetic fields around us through our auric field(our spirit if you will), then picked up by the brain.

My heart, throat, and crown chakras always are the ones to go out of balance the easiest bc I had surgeries in those places and I have to take meds for those areas. I had an open heart surgery and a cleft pallet surgery bc my throat was too small to contain both my tonsils, so I had to get them removed. Losing my voice, even temporarily, was one of the hardest things for a kid to go thru. If u wanna know more about my “case” then u can go to my channel but only if u want to. I’m not begging fo views I just want my story out there! ☺️

I was in the hospital 2 nights ago, I couldn't fully breathe in and out, I felt like I was running out of oxygen but the paramedics said my blood was 100% oxygen. Started this 6 hours ago went to sleep, woke up now and can breathe fully without having to stress. It's like if I thought about exhaling I couldn't completely.

@@HealingVibrations all the doctor gave me the first night was xanax and gave me prescriptions to pick up next day which I never picked up...pills pills...it calmed me a bit but was still struggling...knowing that the root of all sickness is emotional I began looking bc I've used frequencies successfully before...pills dont solve the root, they just water the leaves

Wow I feel my solar plexus area hurting. What does that mean? It’s painful in one area of my solar plexus region right as you’re doing the yellow orange colored bowl. The green gives me a quick chest pain too. ???
If you feel areas of discomfort, the best thing we can do is take deep breaths into the notes. Breathing into these areas allows us to let go of whatever tension or holds we may be experiencing in those spots. Discomfort is a great sign for potential releases.

Please explain. You have lit the bowls in the same chakra colours as a previous video you made for this chakra work. But the musical notes are different. In the other video the bowls sang to the three notes of a major triad. Here they seem to be ascending three scalewise notes. How can both tunings vibrate with the chakras named? There must be a spiritual explanation. Can you explain please?
The colors of our LED lights can be a bit tough to match perfectly but each video connects different chakras and notes, so this one is definitely an original. ❤😊

I decided it was time to listen to the whole thing or maybe a few videos to not only sleep to but to clear my thoughts during this month, now only due to recent chaos of the Oregon Fires, but to recenter myself and my thoughts because September hasn't been one of my more favorite months. Not because of childhood stuff and school but 9 years ago on the 28th my dad died. Hopefully this year I can figure out where I am at with that healing plus many other things before I move on.
