You should've clarified that these studies are correlative not causative. There could be factors that effect libido which also has some effect on the risk factors for prostate cancer
You're right, but it dloesn't hurt to ejaculate 21 times per month. While the details are being worked out, and until we discover a causal link or lack thereof, it wouldn't hurt to ejaculate 21 times or more every month.
That's true for probably everything. Nothing happens completely independantly and causation often works in two ways. Like obesity as a cause for diabetes.
In my early 20’s my emissions were 4 or 5….a DAY! Had a couple of nymphatic girlfriends. I even went to see a doctor to make sure I wasn’t harming myself! He said ‘ good luck buddy. Keep up good work’! I’m 60 now. No sign of cancer here 😅
This doctor needs to be cloned and put into every medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about health. 30+ here and 21 a month is a rookie number. if you feel downright out of breath, work for it. if you don't have the balls grow some and if you have a wife well.. there is always the good old "getting some milk" excuse. if she asks why you returned empty handed, tell her the milk has a temporarily shortage. it'll restock within the next hour or so.🤣
At my 42 luckily I can do it daily, but I have found it is exhusting for me and my wife, as you get older you cannot recover overnight, like at your 20-30s, as with sperm you loose a bunch of minerals and nutrients, which are not fastly recovered. After 40s having sex 3 times a week is sufficient and safe in my opinion.
after weeks of browsing without clearing history I've hit the nitty gritty of UA-cam LOL I've had kidney cancer but was inactive at that time 😮 obviously frigidity and biblical thoughts will save me yet again !

Serious questions here, Doctor: -What’s your opinion on the “No Fap” trend? I never believed in it. When I go more than 4 days without releasing, my basketballs feel real heavy and ache in a bad way. -Is it better to release frequently through intercourse than alone? Also, does releasing alone cause any medical problems down the line? Thanks in advance Doctor. Your work is amazing.
@@eustaceelms9403 Haha thanks for the concern bro. It's been that way since I was 12, fast forward 15 years later and I'm still okay. "Ache" was an overexaggerating my bad, they just feel real tense after 3-4 days but after releasing all is good again. I just want all us men to be healthy and for prostate cancer to stay for away from all of us! Stay blessed bro
I would wager that it is the psychological benefits of frequent ejaculation (ideally with a partner) that help reduce cancers versus physical benefits. Stress reduction and healthy living are likely the best ways to fend off cancer. And lots of sex with someone you are close to is sure to reduce a lot of stress!
I would wager psychology plays a role but biology is obvious 99% of it because we’re talking about… wait for it… biology lol when it comes to cancer or any other, yk, biological thing
This video is an eye-opening exploration of a topic that is often overlooked in discussions about sexual health. The scientific analysis of ejaculation frequency is both informative and thought-provoking. It challenges common misconceptions and provides valuable insights into the potential impact on overall well-being. This is a must-watch for anyone interested in understanding the complexities of sexual health and the importance of balance in this aspect of life. Kudos to the creators for shedding light on such an important and often misunderstood subject. India 🇮🇳
The other thing to consider that wasn't mentioned here is that maybe a person's ability to ejaculate more because of how healthy they are potentially has more to do with the results of these studies rather than the frequency of ejaculation itself. I suppose either way there's no point in being ashamed of your frequency at least.
Was just thinking the same. Did they control for overal health, obesity, etc.? Did they control for ED (guys with ED won't ejaculate as often and ED can be a sign of other health problems).
Hmmm...i cant say im at the best...im not an athlete...but unless im sick like from fever..i think its not a problem for me to do it...sick or stress...stress will hold me up...im just constantly thinking about problems and solution till i fall a sleep...
I too, have been very interested in this, and the research leading up to the findings. However, as a 69-year-old man, it would be difficult to say and honest to say 21 times a month it’s nearly impossible. Maybe in my teens in my 20s and even 30s. But not at this point. I would like to see more videos on men’s health, especially sexual health. I have bladder issues that have been frustrating because I’m not getting answers from various Urologist. I’m hoping that there is a link or way that I can leave a private message. Thank you so much.
It makes sense but we also have to be careful correlated data like this. The more frequent males may also be in a more healthy , active profile and therefore possibly less risk due to general health
This is very very intriguing. Can you make a video on how & where the cells gets reabsorbed by body ? This is the LEAST covered topic anywhere on internet. Pls do talk about it.,.
As a 68 year old divorced and single man who plans on staying that way this video answered many questions I think about daily. Thank you for addressing this issue in a very helpful manner. Such a great channel.
I have seen a vid that it can be a bad thing, something about semen retention, some people have tried it and says it was a positive in their life. I myself don't usually do it that often, I feel the less I do the stronger I am mentally and physically, more stable mindset possibly, I can not confirm this though 100%.
10:07 The "I gotta get the F%$# outta here" bowing of the head when you were finished was epic. Just epic. Poor guy. You definitely took one for the team bro. Props to you.

There is no demonstrated relationship between celibacy and risk for prostate cancer, and there are historic data to back this up. Back in the 1980s, Michalek et al. specifically investigated the possible role of a celibate lifestyle in the etiology (development) of prostate cancer. To do this, they studied mortality data from an average annual cohort of 6,226 Roman Catholic clergymen in New York State from 1965 through 1977. The death certificates of 1,006 priests were reviewed. Of these deaths, 156 (15.5 percent) were attributable to malignant forms of cancer. However, when these data were compared to the known mortality patterns among white males of comparable ages in New York State over the same period of time, the priests demonstrated: Overall mortality ratios that were 15 percent lower for all causes of death Cancer mortality ratios that were 30 percent lower for all forms of cancer In addition, Michalek et al. identified only 12 deaths from prostate cancer as compared to a projected number of 19.8. This represents a prostate cancer mortality experience that was actually 39 percent lower than that of the general, non-celibate population. The same study showed that lower mortality ratios were found also for cancers of the lung, the colon and rectum, and the stomach.
Thank you. It seems semen retention is actually the savior and I see a lot of people including young men starting to practice this and shocked at the results
Its definitely bad for your health in excess what animal in nature do you see ejaculating everyday. Theres a reason all religions practice abstinence. And its been shown that reproduction shortens life in most animals. Some animals die after ejaculating. Its okay in moderation but people have to realize too much of anything is bad.

Regarding the sperm being immunologically "foreign" -- vasectomy allows live sperm to spill into other tissues. Turns out there's a large overlap between vasectomy and later developing autoimmune disorders. (Recent research, and IIRC the significance was about 0.3, so not nothing.)
Interesting, I actually heard this theory in the mid-90s. It doesn't sound like the theory has changed much and by now it seems like we would know more. I'm surprised you didn't go further back with this analysis of the research.

You should've clarified that these studies are correlative not causative. There could be factors that effect libido which also has some effect on the risk factors for prostate cancer
Exactly, factors like just generally being of good health for example
You're right, but it dloesn't hurt to ejaculate 21 times per month. While the details are being worked out, and until we discover a causal link or lack thereof, it wouldn't hurt to ejaculate 21 times or more every month.
That's true for probably everything. Nothing happens completely independantly and causation often works in two ways. Like obesity as a cause for diabetes.
I enjoy it almost every day, with or without assistance from my wife, I’m 64 and it’s an integral and very satisfying part of my life.
When I found it I couldn’t leave it alone. This went on for a while. Who knew I was looking after my body, I feel like a health freak now.

One of the few channels that tangibly makes my life better.... Kudos on another great video.

30+ here and 21 a month is a rookie number.
if you feel downright out of breath, work for it. if you don't have the balls grow some and if you have a wife well.. there is always the good old "getting some milk" excuse.

SR makes me feel so much better than releasing I’d rather get a ballsack full of cancer than go back to being an anxious little effeminate coomer
At my 42 luckily I can do it daily, but I have found it is exhusting for me and my wife, as you get older you cannot recover overnight, like at your 20-30s, as with sperm you loose a bunch of minerals and nutrients, which are not fastly recovered. After 40s having sex 3 times a week is sufficient and safe in my opinion.
wow, that's really BRILLIANT video, thanks!
after weeks of browsing without clearing history I've hit the nitty gritty of UA-cam LOL I've had kidney cancer but was inactive at that time 😮 obviously frigidity and biblical thoughts will save me yet again !

These are the hard conversations we need.
My wife for the last 32 years without fail rain or shine when she wakes & before she goes to sleep needs “medicine”. So I’m covered at least 60 times a month! Since she is my business partner & he work from home sometimes we try to sneak in a nooner!

Serious questions here, Doctor:
-What’s your opinion on the “No Fap” trend? I never believed in it. When I go more than 4 days without releasing, my basketballs feel real heavy and ache in a bad way.
-Is it better to release frequently through intercourse than alone? Also, does releasing alone cause any medical problems down the line?
Thanks in advance Doctor. Your work is amazing.
It is good.Lets you Naturally get nocturnal emissions and real healthy intercourse not bad self pleasure
Go see a doctor bro that should not happen
It happens to me too but i think that the tubes are always empty that they get backed up but once they do finally recycle it will begin to go away.
The person to ask is your sex partner, not your doctor.

Haha thanks for the concern bro.
So if I'm understanding this right... it's important to take a hands on approach... for your health. Go science!
😂😂😂 Ha ha ha.... laughable.....
Love this channel. You can always see what's happening on an actual cadaver, but it's clean like a model and not gross.
If only all health advice was this motivating.
Testosterone

The other thing to consider that wasn't mentioned here is that maybe a person's ability to ejaculate more because of how healthy they are potentially has more to do with the results of these studies rather than the frequency of ejaculation itself. I suppose either way there's no point in being ashamed of your frequency at least.

I too, have been very interested in this, and the research leading up to the findings. However, as a 69-year-old man, it would be difficult to say and honest to say 21 times a month it’s nearly impossible. Maybe in my teens in my 20s and even 30s. But not at this point. I have seen a vid that it can be a bad thing, something about semen retention, some people have tried it and says it was a positive in their life. I myself don't usually do it that often, I feel the less I do the stronger I am mentally and physically, more stable mindset possibly, I can not confirm this though 100%.
I appreciate the video and the knowledge it brings, but I love the comment section of this one! Loads of fun!

However, when these data were compared to the known mortality patterns among white males of comparable ages in New York State over the same period of time, the priests demonstrated:
Overall mortality ratios that were 15 percent lower for all causes of death
Cancer mortality ratios that were 30 percent lower for all forms of cancer
In addition, Michalek et al. identified only 12 deaths from prostate cancer as compared to a projected number of 19.8.
Sometimes I wondered if too much ejaculation is bad for your health, but now I am certain that I am on the right track.

That’s why I probably very well might not get a vasectomy even after I have kids
That's why the tubes are usually tied, if the surgeon is competent. To stop spilling.
Interesting, I actually heard this theory in the mid-90s. It doesn't sound like the theory has changed much and by now it seems like we would know more. I'm surprised you didn't go further back with this analysis of the research.
The reference to those papers and a deeper analysis of the subject were completely absent in this video

Masturbation counts as an emission. Whatever makes you ejaculate is valid. So everything he's said applies to it as well.
