Thank you for explaining how this worked thank you. I did have one question well actually 2. When you are offering free shipping in the u.s. do you just look at how much that is to ship and mark up the cost of the product to absorb the shipping cost and the same with the Etsy fees. Thank you

@Javan Benoit i'm a little bit confused by your comments. You are saying that zip code should be the one of Printify. Etsy however is asking however "Where do you dispatch packages from?". Which in my understanding would be zipcode of your production partner as they support with shipping (for example Moster Digital / FYBY / etc.) Is my understanding incorrect? If so please provide me with reasoning.

Hi Ben, great video, definitely! Quick question though. Say Printful - given that they have printing facilities all around the world, doesn't that make shipping cost-effective automatically? How does it work once an order comes into Etsy. I'm in the UK. Say my friend in Australia orders a cup - does Printful automatically send the order to their Australian facility and ship from there? If that's the case - say I chose 'free shipping' right there and then in the Printful settings - I would hope that shipping cost will be at a minimum for all those countries that have Printful's printing facility in the area. Am I making sense?
Thank you! A huge issue I have is that my etsy store is in Canada however printify bills and posts in USD. Makes sorting out shipping costs an extra mind boggler. My question to you from the video is if you set your profile to free shipping for the US, will you get the "free ship" green tag? Or is the green tag only related to the etsy free ship guarantee?
Hey. Good morning to you. That was so useful. Relieving some of my brain fog this morning😂 and gibing me steps to focus on. Blessings and well wishes sent to you for making this vis😃🙏✌️✨
This was helpful! My only question still is after I set up these shipping profiles, let's say I didn't offer free shipping. So when a customer buys my product on etsy and pays for shipping on etsy as well. Will I be charged on printify for shipping as well? Or has that shipping cost been covered by the customer already? And if it has been handled already does Etsy then pay printify for the shipping costs when they send the order over? I just don't want the customer to pay for shipping, but then I also have to pay for shipping. Trying to avoid double paying and losing profits. And I can't seem to find a clear answer to this question anywhere. So if you have one that'd be amazing. Thanks!
Wait so if I change the shipping profile, does it still go to the POD you chose to create the shirt with or does it send it to a new POD provider to fulfill the order?
I just started with Printify and use multiple print providers. How does the printed cost get calculated if someone orders an item for two (or more) print providers.
Hi Thanks for your video. I live in France and have a French bank account. I have just created my Etsy store here for POD products and its connected to Printful France in Euros. I want to ship everywhere, not just France but Printful asks you to name a production location so I listed Barcelona. I also plan on offering free shipping everywhere and building the shipping costs into my list price....but......here's where I get stuck. Say someone in Canada orders one of my tshirts. Will Printful make it in Spain and then ship it from there to Canada, or will the tshirt be made in Canada and shipped from Canada to the customer there? Same for the US. An American orders my wall art, does fulfillment automatically gets pushed to the nearest fullfillment center to the client? Will the shipping fees listed on Printful be the real shipping cost from Canada's fulfillment center to the customer there, or is the shipping cost still calculated from the fulfillment center in Barcelona? It really isn't at all clear on Printful's website and I haven't yet found a tutorial that addresses this clearly. Thanks for any help you can offer.
