I also have my Tisas Raider 45ACP to break in Summer 2024. Your Colt is Good Looking and I hope she breaks in to be perfect for you. Beretta SR.
You ever thought about getting any of them engraved? I was thinking of doing the Les Baer. Colt qc for this guy has me questioning getting a gcnm blued lol. Hope all is well by you guys.

EGW high shelf mag release about $20.00 will cure you feeding problem. I fought the same issue, tried every kind of mag, ammo, polished the feed ramp with no luck. Down load the mag a couple of rounds no problems but it would not run with a full mag. The high shelf lets it seat a little deeper putting the round higher on the feed ramp. So now hollow points, flat nose, fmj, any brand no issue. Good luck.
Is the mags. Now they come with new mags that doesn’t said colt 10mm I have one delta elite and it came with the old magazine that have like a bump in the lips and works flawlessly. And bout a Wilson mag and do the same thing like your. Just buy the original colt delta mags that they use to come and will work flawlessly

Or some different ammo. Working on some reloads with different projectile shapes that I might be able to correct this issue.
my TALO Eli Whitney had failure to feed before I took it to the range, it also had a loose rear sight🤦♂ I did a little research on 1911 problems, took advice of racking the slide atleast 1200 times while watching a movie, also swithced to WC47D and Klonimus mags, oiled it up, took it to the range and have had no problems what so ever, In my experience I've noticed cheaper 1911s don't require much break in if any at all, my RIA was ready out of the box and never had problems with it.

@@wyominggunproject update: just picked it up from the FFL. Aesthetically it’s perfect but the trigger is the worst 1911 trigger I have ever felt and the grip safety is fit wrong. It’s like it has no spring tension and rattles

I own the Smith & Wesson1911 by SK. They are made on greek mythology. I carry the Ares almost every Day in an ElPaso Exotic holster (Shark skin). I used to carry the Athena but switched to the Ares. In the holster all you can see is the Boar, customers get a kick out of it. I put 1000 rounds through all of them.
