All I can find online, which tells me nothing definitive, is that ZenDesk is not changing its' name to HelpShift, nor being acquired by HelpShift, but rather...ZenDesk can integrate HelpShift functionality into their platform. So Kixeye is outsourcing help and support to ZenDesk, who is in turn outsourcing help and support to another fourth-party. NOBODY, it seems...is taking actual support seriously. We're just being thrown into a massive circle-jerk of nothingness. Watch as nothing actually improves.

I haven't sent a fkn ticket in years bro. waste of my time, there is no customer support for some time now. Been playing for close to a decade now.
I send a ticket in if I lose coins/money when purchasing but I can't remember the last time I sent a ticket in for cheats.
