Wow, does this bring back memories when i used to watch this doing fasted morning cardio. I had a bunch of Jay's videos, and during a move, my wife tossed them all. Many were signed by Jay. 33:15 heaviest leg curl I've ever seen
I've never had a problem doing the full stack for a leg curl and Jay definitely could have had he choose to as well, it's definitely heavy doing the whole stack, but tons and tons of people can do it is what I mean. If you have a strong squat and strong leg press doing the leg curl is really nothing most of the time. I mean once you're strong enough, the non plate loaded machines are always too light if you want to go heavy.
It's sad that's not a Golds gym anymore but a discount clothing store.....
Crazy how many sets he did. He did pretty much every thigh exercise in one workout.
All those exercises, do you think it's worth it??
@@theemperor2017 def worth it for him, not for an avg joe, he’s on steroids, steroids block cortisol from building up it’s why he can workout so long and not get burned out. Steroids also help with recover he could do this routine everyday and still grow.

24:00 love how he gets mad about someone leaving weight on the calve machine but then he leaves 3 plates on each side of the leg press when he is done. Pretty hypocritical to say the least.
Normally the leg press machines are like that at the gym cause that’s a weight on average people use.
Actually watch it again. You can clearly hear Jay ask the guy coming behind him how many plates he wants left and the guy says "3 please"
He needs to beat those dogs a little .. God damn
