Track/write down your progress with different techniques; experiment and find the best methods. Track your progress with each method.
Focus on improvement every single day (compound interest) and not just wins right away

I appreciate it! Trying to make any video I make as valuable as possible per second, so that means a lot.

Honestly if I can sum up everything I heard from diff about be elite the phrase I would say to become elite is… “Be Obsessed”

Congratulations on making it to the Olympics in triathlon
    🎉
At first I thought you only made it in the very low competitive aquathlon world championship
    But I was wrong
    My apologies
I made the podium in aquathlon at the USA national championships while being hung over lol
Of course I qualified for worlds but didn’t go. It is a joke
That sport is not competitive at all

An internet search of Nicklas Rossner as a coach of any athletes comes back with zero listings - Who are all these elite athletes and teams that you claim to have coached?

    • @NicklasRossnerPT

I work at Randers Municipiality in Denmark as an elite consultant for 9 different elite teams (two handball clubs, basketball, soccer, BMX, MX, athletics gymnastiks) & used to work for Randers FC (danish pro football club) as a Physiotherapist. Before that I was a professional triathlete and have worked as a head coach for talent development in two different clubs.
      Try “Nicklas Røssner” instead.

It's kinda sad to see people who think like this. The athleticism requires to be world class is attainable by most people as long as they were exposed to training in any sports as a child. And the skill with working enough and hopefully starting early enough will he attainable. And even if you're not number 1 or you'd one go pro, the mindset you develop will do astronomical things for you. So why?
