【sax triplets】2014年、寺地美穂・堀江有希子・midoriの３人のサックスプレイヤーによって結成。同年7月に高円寺ジロキチにて1stライブを行う。「それぞれの味を消しあわずに、うまくブレンドされていて、豪華で豪快！」などの好評を得て、第二弾ライブを2014年11月7日高円寺Jirokichiにて開催！2015年1月には目黒Blues Alley Japanにてワンマンライブを大成功させ、リットーミュージックから発売中のサックスマガジンVol.3にて、インタビュー＆音源＆スコアが掲載されるなど、益々活動の幅を広げている。

These girls arw AWESOME! Wish they would perform at the Apollo in NY as well. They are "old school" and their choices in music is extraordinary to say the least! Can't get enuff of listening to them! Let me be blessed to hear them on the WORLD's biggest venues. They probably weren't even born when this music came out and still they have chosen to play the timeless and best of the BEST of all soul/jazz fusion there is!

Absolutely brilliant where have you been hiding. Seems I like all things Japanese. My first visit certainly not my last. But I have seen the drummer excellent of course before think it was sort of TRIX the great bassist Mitsuru Sutoh! Multi Sax is brilliant following the Jazz Avengers. As someone else put it; TOP is so tight you can set an atomic cock on them.
Same goes for Incognito; both bands share a drive and tightness that few can match, ok these ladies sopund good, the band is good too..but well not the real thing.

Check out The Jazz Avengers and you'll see the lady in the middle. The bass player is also the original bassist for Tokyo Groove Jyoshi. Juna Serita is her name and she some singles out like 'The Princess of Funk.'

Totally agree. Also listen to them do Young Holt Unlimited's Soulful Strut (from 1968)....They nailed it and weren't even born until decades later. They make excellent choices in jazz/funk music and deliver!!!
