I am guessing you mean the probe holder? That is the Neptune System probe holder. Most local/online Neptune sellers will carry it.

It will be different on every system. But I think at least 2x a year of now more often.

Do you use straight vinegar or do you mix it with something else?

I would mix the vinegar with water 3 parts water 1 part vinegar.
