Thanks! This one really appeals to me. 4 season, decent fridge and bath. Livable, towable by my van, which would allow for more storage space. I’m looking for something I can park permanently on a little piece of land… to live in solitary peace as much as possible…
thats what i did, and i never looked back! I am out on a big farm, i love it! I have a kodiak cub 21 ft, plenty of space for me. I took the dinnete out and put my large desk for work.
For a perfect 10, here is my wish list: Solar panels. Lift-Up rear door. Bigger Ref/Freezer by the main entry door. Only one-burner Induction stove equipped with quiet exhaust fan. Upgraded microwave/air-fryer combo. Murphy bed Office/single recliner combo.
@@RVTA Actually, they do make a microwave/convection (air fryer) in many sizes. There are 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 (with inverter, convection, air fryer, microwave) units available. Toshiba, Panasonic, Galanz, to name a few. They start around $200.00, 1.0 cu.ft, and 1000 watts of power. Yea, they draw a lot of power so shore power or generator would be needed. Someone like me would rather swap out the oven for one of these units and replace the Micro with more storage. Then, swap out the absorption fridge for a compressor fridge. Not a fan of the slide out and I can't justify paying $40,000.00 for this trailer. Just my 2 cents.
@@Biggolfdog In December '21, I paid $25,700 cash (plus Texas taxes). That included the top of the line 10k Equal-i-zer hitch installed. Prices have gone up.
I like how it has a Code Entry, which would be great for going swimming at a beach and not having to carry your keys and worry about losing them in the water.
This one is extremely well designed, especially for the middle aged and senior customers. I say this because the majority of small trailers put a lot of emphasis on the breakfast/dinner nook that takes up a lot of space. Yes, the table setting is great for the 15 or 30 minutes of the day that you may be using it, but it's at the expense of a comfortable sofa that might be used for hours each evening. Once you actually buy the trailer you might find that sitting upright at a nook seating with no real back support besides completely vertical backing, your comfort and back will suffer. You just want the evening to end and go to bed. But with a comfortable sofa, it's great to sit and watch videos or television or just sit and chat in luxurious comfort. And there seems to be counter space directly across from the sofa to sit a television. Great thinking. So many manufacturers put the space for a television at awkward angles away from seating or sofas. This one is well thought out. But then this all depends on what type of camper you are. If you're the type that likes to sit and play cards all evening, then maybe the table nook would be better for you. Or if you're younger and have kids, then the table is a great place for the kids to sit and play games, or draw or read. But for people like me, over 45 and want to come in for the evening and have a great comfortable place to sit and relax, the setup with the sofa is a rare treat in the small trailer segment.
oh wow! I am stuck at the sticker price! We bought our RV 29ft about 10 yes ago, and only paid $17,000. I can't believe how much the price of RV's have gone up! And now with the price of gas, not sure if if is a desirable thing. Tents may be popular again.

Considering the prices being asked for a Lance, they should provide a porcelain toilet. I know it's to keep the weight down but it wouldn't add much to the UVW.
I just examined the Lance Official video. They say I'm right or that Lance and I are spreading misinformation. What's up with that? ua-cam.com/video/LbHYt7TleeQ/v-deo.html
How funny. I was there yesterday, and this is in my recommendations! :) I viewed the Lance 2075, which was very spacious, several Lance inbed campers, 2 northern light inbed.... So many options...
Well sure. Most slides have a protective awning. I was referring to regular awning on the 1475 Lance. We like to sit in shade of awning to eat, read etc. We were considering the 1475, but the slide placement was a detractor.
That’s how they come from the factory they don’t make special orders except you switch whatever part to your taste . I’m a authorized dealer in RV and I have this unit available for purchase in my dealership outlet kindly let me know if you’re still interested in the trailer thanks.
A propane fridge, like you show in the video, is not a compressor fridge. The fins inside the fridge also shows it’s an absorption fridge. This trailer would be very interesting if it had a 12v compression fridge.
Thanks Nancy. The unit is a 5 Cu. Ft. 3-Way double door fridge. Yes, it would be beneficial to have a compressor design instead of an absorption fridge.
I'm confused: In this excellent, year-old review, your description states that the 1475 has "a modest dry weight (UVW) of about 2600 pounds." In fact, the Lance specification sheet that you show in the video says, "Gross Dry Weight 2600 Lbs." But TODAY (January 2023), the specifications for this model on the Lance website state, "Gross Dry Weight 3590 Lbs." That's a HUGE difference of about 1,000 pounds, or half a ton! What happened here? Did Lance radically change the way the 1475 is built? My tow vehicle can certainly handle 2600 but not 3600.
With 1,100 pounds of cargo carrying capacity, with care this trailer should do ok. Yes, Felice, solar panels are great...I have them...but they take up payload.
I have to ask the obvious question, what is the problem with these manufacturers / dealers with cleaning the units out, vacuum them out, I see construction debris in all the storage compartments, after all they are selling these trailers at a premium price, the least they can do is clean them out.
First, I think it’s wonderful that they hire Santa in the off season to sell campers. Ho ho ho. The camper is nice, but they definitely fitted it out cheaply, ESPECIALLY for that price tag. No a/c, plastic tubs for drawers in the kitchen, plastic toilet, etc. Pretty basic but if you aren’t looking for a ton of bells and whistles it’s nice.
Very nice video, you cover everything anyone would want to know, concise, even toned, and your camera work is great not too slow but you don't jerk it either, cover important shots with surprisingly good framing considering what your shooting with doesn't even have a view/range finder
Some folks have more money than others (apparently). Why would anyone spend $1,200 for a smart phone when one can be had for $150? Why would someone want a 2023 Ford Raptor when a Bronco gets better mileage and is easier to park? Some people will pay for a premium product. It makes them happy!
