The main reason we’re seeing destruction at record levels is due to the multitude of million dollar plus homes that are built along the seashore. I see this all over the country and it’s getting worse every year. When I was a kid in Florida I could drive the full length of Gulf Blvd and see the Gulf of Mexico. Try doing that today. There should not be any housing along the Oceanside. EV technology is going to have to improve vastly before people will accept EV’s. Time will tell.

Motor Home Specialist, according to a conversation with a salesperson, no longer sells the Coachmen Cross Trail 20 and 21 XG. The top trim of the Cross Trail did go for about $140k. This unit sells for approximately $20k more. I feel this unit is worth more cash! Less stuff was wrong with this unit, and the build quality was very good.

Budget Class C? Budget cabinet hardware. There is no guarantee that drawers and cabinets will stay shut. T-molding is used in the bath, bedroom, dining room, and kitchen countertops. Not splash and spill-resistant thermofoil (sealed membrane) or solid surface. Pleated paper string shades. Not roller-blind or day-night shades. Basic King TV antenna. Not WiFi, plus an internet booster antenna and software.

First time watching your videos - I don't know if you are being serious or sarcastic. The reality is, the power has to come from somewhere. The idea an EV is zero emission is a myth. The land has to be mined, raw materials transported, processed - and charged. There are not enough power plants to support EVs at this time. CA already suffers brown outs. RVs that really go places off-grid will never work as an EV with current technology. Those that go from park to park with full hookups might be able to plug and charge - but to get enough amps flowing to these parks to charge quickly will never work. As far as climate change...well, it has been changing for thousands of years before the industrial revolution. The Johnny Come Lately - chicken littles with the sky falling...look behind the curtain and follow the money trail. A LOT of dirty politic and fleecing of tax payer wallets behind that wizard wall.
