Mr Srinivas you keep aside your real estate activity in Amaravathi and give your opinion whether the AP High Court judgement is final or whether any ways and means to the government by way of Appeal in Supreme Court or approaching President of India in case loosing in Supreme Court. Even at last government has no chance for 3 Capitals, do you think Amaravathi will be developed by present govt until TDP comes into power. No doubt there will be regular real estate hike but not like the plots of 1400 Sq Yds residential 400 Sq Yds of commercial got from one acre land pooling becoming 20-30 crores as expressed by CBN at the time of pooling as just like Madhapur in Telengana after Hitec construction during 1997-98 or so.

Is it possible to sustain Capital, in flood prone area. See, behind, most of the buildings are, already, in water. This area gets flooded, with half hour of Rain.
Recently, Indonesia moved capital to another, Climate resist, town. Hence, same thing happens to Amaravathi.
Hyderabad has taken 60 years to come to present development. How come, anybody expect, Amaravathi to develop within 5 years.
Implode, all these buildings & give land to original landlords.
Even if they built Capital here, city gets flooded every time, with half an hour of Rain. So, not a viable place for Capital. It costs crores to compensate cyclone destruction, every year.
Amaravathi was a Foolish Decision, since, it floods, even with half hour of Rain. And, ecological disaster.
Even, Vizag is not viable for Capital, because of its proximity to Sea and hence, gets affected by Cyclones.
Other choices for Capital city, would had been Tirupati or Karnool. Tirupati is already established city, commercially & Industrially and has Airport, University. Being in backward region, making Karnool as capital, helps Rayalaseema, to develop economically.
