InstaBlaster.
This is a awesome piece for would be agents in RE practice and or principles class..Thank you this allowed me to see the DO's of a listing presentation...
This is great! Thanks for sharing
this is great! Thank you for sharing
Wow! Fantastic information thank you for sharing
when the seller dresses more like an agent than the agent in this video lmao
It’s 2024 and this Stuff is still relevant today.
Thanks for watching! No matter what type of market you're in, there's always those core skills that great agents need to stay sharp on.
Woah!! Show me your ways Jedi master!! Seriously loved this thank-you!!! KW here in Oklahoma ❤️😁
Thanks for tuning in and hello from KW in NJ!
awesome. Thanks for sharing
Awesome listing role-playing very very realistic. Would have been great if he had a sold comp that's proves the market listing prices are fairy tales sold prices are real life.
Appreciate the kind words! Always important to make the role play as real as possible. Iron sharpens iron 🚀
I hope one day to join a team that does that!
eeyy that was good !
Everything the agent said was spot on except he should have let the seller come with him to see the house when he walked in haha
❤️❤️❤️🗝️
HI EVERYONE , HOW AND WHERE DID YOU GET THE 98% VS 95% FROM THE AGENT WHO ACCEPT 5 OR 4% JUST TO GET THE LISTING?
I promise my question is not meant to sound rude, but is it not offensive to ask if they "want their house to sit on the market for months and months"?? like of course they don't
Great question Kayla! And yes, the response is meant to be an obvious one - it creates a simple cadence to the conversation in which the seller is agreeing with you. You might also find the seller responding that they're comfortable waiting it out unless they get "their price", in which you have a great opportunity to dig back into motivation.
I agree. Comes across as condescending and I would definitely not want to do business.
Is this how BOLD training goes? This was great to see. Just got a license and need a broker, wanted to see KW training before making a decision. Why not give up the 1%? Or I guess as a newer agent why not the 1%?
Thanks for giving the video a watch and congratulations on getting your license! KW BOLD training is a great coaching program and this was just one piece where the listing consultation is the focus. Feel free to give me a call or text me at 201-841-0316 if you have any other questions about the numerous training opportunities provided. Where are you located?
Joined KW recently and have not been disappointed!
I just passed my Practices and Principal's course..but sold cars for sometime.. either your going to take the listing or not..why the client needs to see your value, once you say..ok I'll do it for x% then you've less
..
Your worth and what you bring to the table .
I don’t mean to be negative, but I think this is a horrible way to handle a presentation. Not to mention, it may not make the owner feel comfortable for you to your the house by yourself. Also, I would go in there almost assuming I’m the agent to list the house. Don’t plant that seed in their head that “you may not be the agent “ they will choose. I’ve learned that in a sales class. Talk like you already have the listing.
Feels manipulative for sure.

6% commission? Where are you?🤣
Are we leaving money on the table?
I have bought 2 homes and this is not how realtors talk when they come to your home lol. I'm confused by this video. Sounds scripted. Just be natural.
Realtors that are in the buying business are completely different from realtors that exclusivelly work with sellers
wow this is a terrible script. Sounds way too abrasive and would probably work only on first time urban sellers not the experience city sellers. Terrible and way too one sided leaving the seller feeling so much negativity.
@@Thelesliewright Lol.
Too much time on pricing and not much on motivation! 😅
This portion of the role play was focused on the pricing appointment. We previously had covered the importance of prequalifying the appointment, of which there is a BIG focus on digging into motivation. Thanks for watching!
